I
signed
up
to
do
a
personal
trainer
course
just
after
I
left
a
different
job,
I
was
scared
and
panicked,
I
suffer
from
mild
autism
(which
I
don’t
consider
to
be
a
disability
but
it
isn’t
helpful)
and
severe
anxiety,
and
I
was
under
a
lot
of
pressure,
so
signed
up
quickly
as
they
assured
me
the
course
could
be
completed
in
a
matter
of
months,
which
proved
to
not
be
true
at
all.
I
was
persuaded
to
pay
the
full
cost
upfront.
I
soon
realised
I'd
made
a
big
mistake
and
tried
to
cancel
for
a
refund
but
was
told
I
was
outside
the
period
I
was
eligible
for
one
(I
was
one
day
outside),
so
I
asked
to
downgrade
the
package
which
they
refused
even
though
I
hadn't
accessed
any
of
the
material.
I
was
told
if
I
provided
proof
I
could
have
a
refund,
I
provided
proof
I
was
suffering
from
mental
health
problems
(a
doctors
letter)
and
was
then
told
this
wasn't
good
enough
and
I
couldn't
have
a
refund
as
I
would
still
be
able
to
complete
it
within
six
years.
So
I'm
now
out
£1688
just
because
I
panicked
and
was
drawn
in
by
them.
They
have
been
rude
continuously
throughout
the
process,
frequently
ignoring
my
emails
(only
replying
if
I
send
a
follow
up
email),
it's
made
my
life
the
last
three
months
incredibly
hard.
For
someone
who
struggled
with
interaction
and
is
anxious
this
company
have
no
understanding
of
how
tough
it
can
be,
I'm
devestated
to
lose
so
much
money
and
I
don’t
understand
why
they
still
can’t
answer
two
of
my
questions...
1
why
can’t
I
have
a
refund
for
the
parts
I
haven’t
accessed
and
2
why,
had
I
paid
in
instalments,
I
could
have
cancelled
the
payments
and
only
lost
about
£250?
