I've been training here for over 10 years now, although My 5 stars May seem biased as I am a Full member of China Spirit. I still feel The 5 stars is justified as I have been training In Martial arts for most of my life, this club has taken me to a level I never thought possible before. Also it has given me The chance to train on a more full Time basis which not a lot of other clubs are able to offer.Masters training is of The highest level. And I have enjoyed much success here.

Great family run kung fu school for all age's My 7 son has attended for two years now and loves it.

I am truly grateful...to the National Lottery for its funding and to Master and his lovely wife jon jie ( appologies if incorrect spelling!!) For securing a place in Tai Chi on a tuesday morning....has given me a chance to try something ive wanted to do for many years. TOTALLY AMAZING !!! I sooo look forward to my weekly session....and feel soooo energised afterwards. Feel like im finding a part of me thats been hidden. Thank you. Once again....i find myself EXTREMELY GRATEFUL to China Spirit. They have twice extended our initial 6mth free T'ai Chi sessions. Also i would like to thank all the Tesco customets who collected blue tokens for China Spirit....as this enabled us to have our sessions extended. THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH TO ALL XXXXXX

It was great to have China Spirit back at Woodlands Primary School to help us celebrate Chinese New Year. Organizing the event was simple with quick email responses and they were extremely flexible, fitting the workshops around our timetable. The staff were great with the children, they explained the origin of the dance which made the activity more meaningful and purposeful. Everybody absolutely loved the Grand Finale - The Lion Dance in the playground at the end of the day which was very exciting. I would recommend China Spirit to other schools to enhance the curriculum.

Very friendly to all new students of any age. So patient and helpful, with an ethos of everyone can improve their health and fitness with Master Xingbo and his team. I enjoy my online Tai Chi, and Tai Chi Fan at the centre. My fitness and especially my balance has improved dramatically.

Excellent place to learn Tai Chi, and Kung Fu. Master and the instructors are very friendly and welcoming.
