We recently bought our hot tub (Malaga Premium) from 'The Hot Tub Place', we decided to buy local and we so glad we did, dealing with Dave and Al and the rest of the team there has been great, communication throughout the whole process has been fantastic. Luckily the hot tub we wanted was in stock and delivered very quickly (via crane), we are so happy with our new purchase and look forward to using it as much as possible, its good to know that should we have any issues in the future, Al and his team there will be on hand, even if just to give some friendly advise.

Havent purchased one, but recently visited to have a browse while my daughter used the toilet. The quality is amazing, have all different sizes, 1 perspn 2 person, 4 person ETC...ones that play music via bluetooth, even offer finance. Staff are nice too.

Great place would highly recommend , Dave was very patient and professional I'm not one who likes parting with my money so asked him every question going and he was great, very fast delivery and delivered at the weekend the insulation guy's were great (watch out for the singing one get your ear plugs ready 😂) and i must say the after sales service is great if you need anything.

Bought my hot tub from Al at The Hot Tub Place and can honestly say it is the best product I've bought. Used regularly and so many health benefits. Store has always been very friendly and helpful whenever I have needed them. Highly recommended and BISHTA approved.

Went to visit the showroom in Greasby and the staff there were totally uninterested in discussing my needs when I tried to engage was basically seen as an inconvenience. In the end the staff turned away from me and started discussing something else entirely and I ended up just walking out of the store as there was no interest from the staff to try and engage with me or my partner. We had specifically traveled (50+ miles) to discuss Wellis spa’s as they were listed as a premium partner but from my experience this couldn’t have been further from the truth. I will be following up with Wellis as this is not what I would expect from a company promoting this brand. Would not recommend the Hot Tub Place for anything!

A pleasure to deal with in depressing Covid times. We bought the Anaheim tub from Al without a visit to the showroom and the installation team were just outstanding. We have had the tub for two months now and it is first class. Its controllable via an app so we could turn the temp down during our holiday and bring it back up just before we got home, we were in it within an hour of our return. A great big hats off to the Hot tub place, very professional with the purchase and the installation side of the business. Thanks again Paul and Jess.

Anyone thinking of a hot tub I can highly recommend this place , al was brilliant, told him everything I needed and he pointed me in the right direction of which tub to choose , delivery and installation was professional, and any questions I had and calls I made were always returned with the answers I needed , I had a minor problem with my tub during the lockdown but al still managed to send an engineer out to sort it for me no problems, hot tons can be expensive and so you need to deal with a proper company that knows there stuff and also is reputable and trustworthy, the hot tub place is all of these , I got a plug and play Jupiter and me and my family love it , no holiday this year so this was our treat . From our initial enquiry, delivery by crane and installation.....and that moment when you get into your new hot tub for the first time...and ongoing advice, they’re nice people and happy to help on any matter.

Bought the Orca Stoneboro a few weeks ago and have never been out of it. The best investment ive made. From start to finish the lads were professional courteous and never pressurised me into anything. Dave has been brilliant from start to finish and mike on the install was a gent. Cant recommend these highly enough and hopefully the aftersales care is just as good

Highly recommend the service at The Hot Tub Place. Al really helped guide us to the right hot tub choice, covering manufacturers, design and air pumps. Having made our choice we cut a fantastic deal on a hot tub and air pump. Installation was a breeze and nothing was too much trouble for Mark who even changed the pipe work half way through after we changed our minds. Great job, thanks!

All I can say is wow I visited the shop brought a thermals tub the saphire which just wowed me from first sight! Al talked me threw all the different spas they have in shop I did want the new activity one swim spa but after the survey I realised it wernt going to suit my garden due to size 😞 so settled for the sapphire which I very happy with so I also decided to go back an order the barrel sauna from them as they done us a really good deal I would highly recommend the hot tub place

Thanks for responding to my star review. My one star was based on my experience as a customer and not as a fake review as you would like to believe. Unfortunately the service I received was terrible and I do not give out bad reviews lightly, and wouldn't waste my time putting up fake reviews in first place. It is actually rude to accuse someone of posting fake reviews without any basis as you have done to me. I sadly I have to agree with a previous review that you are in fact cowboys. You have even got your staff to post reviews on here to get your stars up. Apart from that being against Google review policy it is deliberatly misleading potential customers. That alone raises serious questions about your companies integrity. My advice to anyone reading this is steer clear, there are better places out there that will treat their customers as people and not £ signs.
