We had a really great and educational experience meeting the meerkats. The meerkats are rescues and the zoo being built is all sustainable. You can tell the staff are really passionate about the animals and environment. They prioritize the animals welfare. As a plus, Bidlea dairy farm is lovely. Would highly recommend and will definitely come back!

What a fantastic find Zoo2 U is! I am in an electric wheelchair and would never imagined in my wildest dreams to have so much care taken so that I can experience having one of these magnificent meerkats feeding out of my hand: I was humbled by the preparation and care that was taken for my visit. What a fantastic experience we had :-)

Excellent experience, meeting the Meerkats. Such a unique opportunity to get up close to some amazing animals and learn lots about them at the same time. Highly recommended for all ages!

School visit. Fantastic communication from start to finish. The children ( aged 4-11) thoroughly enjoyed the visit. I was impressed with the way the presenters were able to teach science objectives for each year through their presentations. We had 2 presenters who visited all 7 of our classes in one day - super service and would use again in the future.

This is my second visit to Zoo2U My middle granddaughter loved it so much I decided to take her again along with her big sister and my youngest granddaughter who both had birthdays within a few weeks of each other. It makes a perfect birthday gift. To be able to handle, wash and give the animals a health check up is brilliant and all the time learning about each animal There was at least seven different animals to handle and learn about yet this time we got to meet the Kookaburra who is extremely noisy but did not want to fly for us but was just as good for the children to meet her and hold her The best part I’m sure the others would agree was meeting the meerkats who now have a new enclosure where the new zoo will eventually be. It’s a much bigger and brighter enclosure and the meerkats jumped on their knees so the could stroke them There is only one thing I think needs to change is that as a spectator you do not go into the enclosure but get to watch through a large window, which is fine except it could be pretty cold and wet on a bad day and also the photos don’t come out very well as there is an obvious reflection from the glass Other than that little gripe I cannot recommend this enough

We had really good workshops tailored to support learning for each year group in school. They brought a range of different animals including skunks, kookaburra and millipedes. The presenters were knowledgeable and were patient with the children. They were happy to answer questions and the children loved holding or stroking the animals.

I visited on one of their open days and really enjoyed the experience. The owners and staff are passionate about animals and dedicated to educating the community about what we can do to ensure a future for them. I throughly recommend a visit. It’s a great experience for everyone, both young and old.

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Stacy who came to our house for my little girls 8th party was fantastic with all the children, SO knowledgeable and got everyone involved. All the children were captivated from start to finish, I honestly can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much for an experience that will be remembered for a life time!! What a brilliant experience. Bought as a gift - myself and my daughter absolutely loved the time we spent with these cuties. They were so friendly and happy to spend time with us it was a real treat. Melissa was so helpful and informative we learnt lots during our visit. I’m hoping to bring my mum next time. Would highly recommend.

Booked an outbound experience for a team bonding experience/ staff do at my salon. Almost made a mistake of booking an experience at the zoo, but was informed and corrected with great communication via email through Samantha. We had Nathan as our presenter, who was very polite and welcoming. The animals themselves are visibly well and the information given insightful. We were able to ask multiple questions and found Nathan extremely knowledgeable. It was a such a wholesome and absolutely amazing educational experience. I am extremely pleased to have booked this and would highly recommend.

My Grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed their Junior Keeper Experience. They found the whole session to be really informative with lots of facts about habitat and feeding and are wanting to go back again. Head Keeper, was lovely and answered all questions, and there were many. Really great set up and a brilliant experience. Will be going back again.

After waiting 2 years for our child's birthday party it didn't disappoint. Staff were so knowledgeable and caring towards the animals, the children were so engaged. So many lovely memories were created, thank you zoo2u.

I treated my 81 year old mum to a Meet the Meerkats half hour experience - highly recommendable - was fun, interactive and educational. Easy to book and a special mention to Stacie, who is very knowledgeable and her passion for these cuties really shines through .. who can blame her, they are utterly adorable.. Being able to handle and feed them was a wonderful experience in particular having them jump up on your lap and snuggle in for cuddles was very heart-warming and uplifting. I would highly recommend booking this experience as a treat or gift, and also for team/school well-being events - perfect for all ages. Can't wait to return :o)

An absolutely great experience, really easy to arrange and sort out. Jess was so engaging with the kids, and they were clearly fascinated. What was particularly good to see was how drawn into it they were. Fantastic stuff, would happily book again. And if you can ever open the site so we can see the other animals mentioned, we'd love to visit.

We booked for our sons 6th birthday party and we were not disappointed. Nathan was absolutely fantastic. The kids were so engaged and Nathan was so patient with them when they got a little too excited. The animals he brought were fantastic - I think the adults had just as much fun. Only problem now is that our little boy wants a pet snake 🤦‍♀️. Well worth the money. Thank you Nathan. 😊

Zoo2u came to Impact Social Hub to deliver a session to our service users with additional needs. It was an amazing experience which was thoroughly enjoyed by all! Nas was extremely helpful and accommodating to all of our guys. Everyone is looking forward to the next visit!

We booked Zoo2U for my son's Birthday and they did not disappoint one bit. Both the children and adults loved the experience and the staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, and the variety of animals was awesome. The snake, skunk and lizard as well as many others were great to see. I booked a meerkat experience for my daughter. We had correspondence with Zoo2U before the event, all of which was dealt with quickly and professionally. On the day, we were greeted very warmly by a friendly and chatty staff member. We were taken to where the meerkats were and told what to expect. My daughter had a fabulous time. The meerkats were lovely and were quite tame, jumping onto her lap. One even went to sleep! She enjoyed petting them, feeding them and learning a bit about how they interact with each other, how they are looked after and how they live in the wild. All her questions were answered and she was made to feel special and welcomed. We will definitely recommend the experience to anyone and we will certainly be making a return visit.

We booked Zoo2U to attend our Ukrainian Family Hub for our guests. We opted for the Intrepid Explorer package which was brilliant. The children were entranced by Jess and the animals and loved hearing the facts. I think Bert was a favourite :) We will definitely be looking at arranging another session in the not too distant future. Thanks for a brilliant experience

Booked Zoo2U for my daughter's 5th birthday party and they were fantastic. Jess was prompt and polite and absolutely wonderful with all the children despite it being a good sized party. She was very knowledgeable and told us all lots of interesting facts and stories about the animals. The communication beforehand was great. Highly recommend Jess and the team, thank you so much!

My son wanted to use some of his birthday money to spend time with a lizard (as his mother won't let him buy one!) and we booked the Lizard Plus experience for 2 of us. We spent an hour in the company of a tortoise, blue-tongued skink and a small snake. The time flew by and we had plenty of time to observe and handle the animals, all of which were very comfortable in our company. The keeper was clearly passionate about her work and care for the animals and this won't be our last visit!

Nathan was amazing, he definitely knows how to handle a group of 4/5 year olds and keep them entertained throughout whilst making it fun and informative. The kids (and adults) absolutely loved it. Would definitely recommend!

Something different from a soft play party! Nathan was very engaging and had great control over the children. Fantastic array of animals with a great opportunity for the children (and adults) to engage with them.

My daughter and friend did a half day keeper experience. It was brilliant. They got to meet and feed so many animals, all of which were really used to being handled. The keeper was amazingly knowledgeable and made the whole afternoon a real experience. I would highly recommend!

We booked zoo2u for my daughters birthday and Nathan was so wonderful. The care he clearly had for the animals was lovely to see. He was great with the children and was eager to educate them on each animal. The best day , thank you Nathan! What a star!

Not to sound like a Karen but… This was a surprise Christmas present from my boyfriend. I was really looking forward to this as I was told there’s 3 skunks that I’d be in a pen with for them to climb all over me as told by Samantha over the phone and on email. I was worried it would get rescheduled as they were waiting on planning permission and their zoo license for where the enclosure was supposed to be so we had to go to another building up some stairs by following the keeper, Steve (I think that was his name). We also weren’t even told this until the week of the event after I called up so glad I did that otherwise it could have gotten cancelled last minute! When we got there, I only met the one striped skunk called Woody who was a lovely, distinguished old gentleman of 14 years of age and because of his age his colours had faded to brown. I was also glad to know he still had his scent glands after I asked the keeper. I was hoping the others (called Willow and Watson or Wallace I can’t remember the other boy’s name) would be brought over by some other keepers but they didn’t. There were 5 adults in total - 4 of us handled the skunk while my boyfriend only booked to be a “spectator” (my photographer!) and we took it in turns handling Woody. He was very cute and kept trying to burrow in my arms! The cafe was nice, I’m vegetarian and asked if the Creme Egg brownies were but they didn’t know so I risked getting one presuming it was fine! I did want to try the coffee ice cream but we didn’t have time at the end and the queue for the cafe was always too long. I did enjoy this but I’d prefer to do it somewhere else where I can see more skunks! The website falsely advertised it saying you'd meet a plural of skunks not one. I feel as though I had my expectations higher than anticipated. I totally get they need the money for the upkeep but it was still quite pricey for what it was - I think my boyfriend paid about £30 in total (£25 for me and £5 for him). It was an hour and a half away from us so didn't feel worth the travelling at all. No pun intended but it didn’t stink, just disappointing!

We used zoo2u for a children’s birthday party, our host was really engaging and was very good with the children. Children and adults learned lots on interesting facts and there was a good amount of interaction with the animals. The noisy kookaburra was a particular hit! Thanks zoo2u for making our party so enjoyable!

Went to the meerkat experience yesterday 20/10/21 and it’s great for all ages. Keeper was very good answered all our questions. Meerkats jumped right on your knee, was able to feed and cuddle them. Would definitely recommend.

After waiting for 2 years due to lockdowns, we finally got to make our visit. Unsure what to expect, but it was brilliant. Small and friendly, we were made very welcome. The meerkats were inquisitive, gentle and friendly - they just wanted to curl up for a cuddle on your lap. Staff friendly & knowledgeable - our thanks to Stacey.

We had Zoo2U coke for my daughters Wild and Three themed 3rd birthday party! There were approximately 15 children ranging in age from 2 to 13 and everybody (including the parents!) had a fantastic time! We booked the cute and cuddly package and we’re also able to add on an owl by special request. Nas and Rosie were so knowledgeable and patient especially with the young children in attendance. An excellent party experience for my 8 year old son and his friends. We met six exotic animals who all looked very well cared for and happy. Melissa engaged all the children, gave some great information for each animal and managed to answer all questions, and there were many.

Meet the Meerkat experience was great all round. Well run and fun with a knowledgeable guide. The meerkats were very inquisitive, they came to us and enjoyed strokes and cuddles.

What a fantastic experience! Been wating for this for some time as tried to book as the venue was moving location in early 2022 and then needed to re book in 2023 for daughters birthday.....so glad we did!!! Our host was fantastic once things got started and the array of animals was introduced. He was knowledgable and engaged with our daughter and her 11 year old friend well - as spectators we felt fully included.....the only reason we did not give 5 stars was the venue had no heating and very cold....this did not take away too much from the experience and we understand that currently you are in process of completing an enclosure / mini Zoo which lead to a greater experience but overall very impressed. Thanks

My daughter and her boyfriend decided that this would be a good Christmas present for me - and it was lovely! The meerkats we met were full of character but also very used to people so that they were very easy to interact with - no biting, just purring at being stroked! The keeper was very engaging and explained what would happen very well, so everything went very smoothly. I'd say that for people who are used to handling rabbits, gerbils, hamsters and other pets, the meerkats are well within the comfort zone even (especially!) for children. It's a great little outfit and I hope that the powers that be will be kind to them in their attempts to develop their facilities.

All of the children thoroughly enjoyed their zoo experience on 14th July from Zoo2U. Our host Nathan was very knowledgeable, supportive and friendly with all of our children and staff. 💚 The Children chose to Adopt Beau the Barn Owl with the very reasonably priced adoption packs. 🦉 We hope to see you again soon! 😊

We recently booked Zoo2U for two recent corporate events and were thrilled with the service. Nathan was friendly and took the time to get all of the audience involved with the animals. It was also very clear that the animal's best interests were a priority, as they were regularly swapped out to ensure they weren't overstimulated. If we have a similar theme in the future, we will definitely be booking them again!

An absolutely brilliant experience. Nathan came in to our school with a wonderful selection of animals. He visited our Year 3 and Year 5 classes and was extremely knowledgeable and engaging. The kids (and adults!) loved it. We've been using Zoo2U for the past three or four years and this year was the best visit. Would highly recommend.

We booked Zoo2U to visit our small school and support our science topic Living Things and Their Habitats by showing and talking about a variety of different animals. The children absolutely loved the experience, really getting involved. The keeper (Nathan) was kind, friendly and extremely informative. Highly recommended and will be booking again in the future.

Hired Zoo2U for a 90th Birthday party and went down a storm! Nas was so eloquent when presenting the animals, allowing all those in the room (quite a variety of ages) to enjoy the day and meet a wide range of animals. So pleased with this service and would highly recommend!

My daughter undertook the zoo keeper experience with Stephen. He was lovely and kind with her. He was very knowledgeable about the animals. He took the time to talk and explain about each type of animal. There were a good range of animals to care for, birds, snakes, lizards, tortoise, beetles, skunks. She feed the animals, bathed them, weighed them, learnt facts about them. A brilliant experience I would recommend.

Highly recommend Zoo2u. I booked them at short notice for a children’s birthday party. Stephen and the animals entertained a room full of 5/6 years olds for an hour. They all had a great time. Thank you Stephen!
