πŸ‘πŸ‘ Perfectly straight parking bay lines. The guy definitely used a ruler. Car fits between the lines. The car had a great time while we visited the zoo. The car had a great time chilling in the sun. And appeared relaxed when we came to drive it. Like a 5 star hotel but for your car. Good system in place 3 different routes to park so queue to park was not as long. Staff guiding and really well organised. Got there just after 10am on a Friday. Busy but not crazy. Free parking. Disabled parking available very close to entrance.

Lush zoo and loved how close you can get to the animals, wish they'd publicise the feeding times for the big cats as they were either sleeping or hiding. Chimps and elephants were entertaining. Bit pricey on the entrance fee for what you can get at other zoos but it does go towards the animals upkeep. Wish the shop had an adult section that did fridge magnets, pens and pin badges so didn't buy anything in there. Download the app and work out where you wanna go first

Lovely day out, wasn't too busy. There were one systems in place in certain areas, unfortunately some signs were not very clear and the public were walking against the flow of traffic. We spent 5 hours and still we didn't finish seeing all the animals in their inhabitat. Lovely to see the animals were well looked after during the lockdown. Some areas were a little overgrown but you could see work getting carried out while we walked around before the half term.

Our family had a fantastic time at Chester Zoo last Sunday. The variety of animals and well-designed exhibits kept us engaged and excited throughout the visit. While the tickets were slightly pricey, the experience, educational aspects, and conservation efforts made it well worth the cost. The kids were thrilled, and we all left with smiles and wonderful memories.

Very large car park, easy enough to locate and staff guide you into you designated parking area. Very simple, very easy & certainly not rocket science.

Google car park. Free, large bat's. Staff help direct people in to make finding bays easy. Good access to main entrance to the zoo too.

Went to Chester Zoo Lanterns, has become a yearly visit with the children and we all look forward to going! Magical evening and never disappoints. Keep up the great work each and every one of the staff there and see you in the New Year! Merry Christmas to you all!

Fabulous!!! lots if lovely animals to see in different zones. However a lot of walking is involved I suggest you grab one of their trolleys/ pushchairs if you have a little one, We loved the butterfly House, the elephants, penguins and giraffes best of all.

It's a whole day of fun! You could quite easily stay there from opening to closing. Take a picnic, it's cheaper, but be prepared to be stalked by ducks (though I thought that was fun too). Staff can be found all around the zoo, though there are also maps everywhere if you get lost. There's plenty to do indoors so even if it's a rainy day you'd have plenty to do. If you get there just after opening the animals are livelier (like all of us they get sleepy after they've been fed) and watching them get fed is great.

Great day for a visit. Lots of things to see and do. Plenty of places to eat and drink even if you bring your own food. Healthy well looked after animals wherever you looked and visited. Friendly helpful staff. Fantastic zoo. Really worth a visit 😊

Easy to park no problem. Ample parking for everyone. There is designated disabled parking also. Some car park areas can be quite away from the entrance. So wear sensible shoes + clothing. Enjoy your day.

Really enjoyed my time, would need to do it in 2 days and not just 1 day as its such a big place. Loved it xx

Very interesting as so many animals in great freedom for the different types of Monkeys. My favourite has always been the Penguins but there was very few in the new area. As it was a hot day many of the big animals were easy to watch as they made the most of the good weather and they looked very good relaxing in the area.

Lovely family day out. Queue was long to get in but went down very quickly. Well worth the money.

A bit disappointed in truth, just like someone else said on his way out. Shows all done by midday, most of the animals were not out, not the zoo's fault, ( I hope) not well sign posted inside. Β£6 for parking IS a 100% rip off consideration not much choice if you're not a local - just to park on some grass area.

Membership highly recommended. There's so much to see you can't do it in one day. We often visit for a cpl of hrs. Take a leisurely stroll, read all the info boards to find out about the amazing work the zoo is doing worldwide. Grandkids can go wild in the play areas while we take a breather. My only complaint is that the food outlets are pricey and the quality isn't great. Bring a picnic.

Perfect day out for any one. From families to couples. Loads to see and do. They have a an amazing outside food stalls. You can walk through the lemmar enclosure. Which is amazing the lemmars are jumping right next to you and over your head. Worth while visit

I'm disabled and I got a loan of a wheel chair as I'm still waiting for mine through macmillan. The staff at the zoo were absolutely brilliant. Thank you for helping me make memories for my husband son and girlfriend πŸ’œ

I rarely review car parks but this must have been one of the best parking experience we've had. Directed by staff to our space in a very well organised system and with enough room to easily take the pram etc out of the car. It's a small difference but it really felt like a great start to our zoo visit. Thank you

😠 Do not park here it’s easily the worst car park ever. Park on double yellow lines get towed away and then have to pay to reclaim your car is a far better option than parking in this ridiculous car park. There is one way in and one way out so trying to get in or out at the same time as somebody else...

πŸ‘πŸ‘ Thank you to a forward-thinking council who allows campervans to stop overnight. I hope all of our contributions (30 campervans New Years Eve) really help the town and their businesses. We wish more councils would do the same. It felt safe and so convenient for the city attractions and shops.

😠 Would never use this again, couldn't get the app to work tried for ages and so parked elsewhere and ended up with parking fine as I was there for more than 20 minutes trying to sort ! Appealed the fine but not supported even though I parked on another NCP car park around the corner

😠 Stood at platform 2 at the station and can always hear a generator from the car park toilets and it absolutely stinks of diesel every time I’m here. Disgusting, do something about it, think of the environment as well as everyone breathing in that poison!!
