Was a great store sadly just closed down.

Myself and my family have used this establishment for a number of years. We have ALWAYS found the staff and management to be extremely professional and knowledgable. Nothing is ever too much trouble to help you when you need advice or guidance. The animals and fish at the store are very well looked after, maintained to a very high standard. Prices are reasonable if not quite cheap on some occasions and the quality of the products are of a high standard. Overall the establishment deserves recognition for setting the standards so high, other businesses will struggle to reach. An honorable mention for the excellent Animal show on the road, such an interactive, entertaining and also educational insight into the animal world, again deserves full recognition for being the best in the business, by far the very best in the north west !.

Great selection of fish, reptiles and other animals. Ive managed to order specific pets in the past with no issues and for a great price. Helpful advice from people who know what there talking about. Wouldn't go anywere else.

A pet store you absolutely have to check out. We bought a pair of sugar gliders from them, but was amazed by their range of exotic animals...it's pretty much like a free trip to the zoo! Owner is very experienced and prices are good and animals look really healthy. Highly recommend.

A great shop. Very friendly, helpful owners who provide advice and guidance regarding the animals. We purchased a happy and healthy Hermann's tortoise and he is now settling in well to his new home. Thank you.

The Owner and staff were really helpful. I was going to get accessories for a bearded dragon set up. Staff advised if we set up and take photos they will check I have everything. The shop was really clean, animals looked well looked after and live repile food looked good too. Definitely a great place for all your Reptile needs.

I’ve been to the shop twice and will be calling in some time today as need a heater haha but first time I called into shop owner was very helpful and polite. And second time young girl was helpful and polite they have amazing reptiles and fish. Specailly the big fish under the counter. Wow 😁😁

I went in today to ask about corn snakes and everyone in there was so helpful and knowledgeable. So friendly and more than happy to answer my questions. I even got to hold a couple of the corn snakes which was amazing. I will be back to buy everything I need from them for sure.

Haven't been to a pet shop in ages🙈 and loved it 😬😅 Went into to take my pick and take my fish today. But lady working was really helpful and told us 2 come back in a few more days ... So my tank was on the safe side... Thanks wouldn't of had a clue me 🥴 Can't wait to collect me Angels, mollies and platies haha ...

Great pet shop

This little gem of a shop has everything you could possibly need for the care of your pet lizards.. the store itself is in a good location, the staff that was working during my visit (beautiful btw) was super helpful and so friendly and approachable. Very knowledgeable of Chinese water dragons. Thanks for the great experience.. I usually shop at pets at home, not anymore 👍
