Contacted the store late one evening a couple of weeks ago. I was in a panic as I was isolating after a positive covid test, had no live food for my much loved leo Ruby. Online order hadn't arrived and she was starting to flag a little. They dealt extremely well with a stressed out me and I had live food the next day. Can't thank them enough! good niche little place, one of the staff members was very bubbly, kind and informative, helped me a lot. The stock and tanks are a bit lacking but the advice i got was invaluable.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They look after the animals and make sure cages are big enough, diets are good etc. I'd choose this place for rodents and small mammals over P**ts at H*me every time. Helped me with all the first time setup, food, bedding, toys etc. My 2 pet rats never bite, and they always run to the cage doors when I walk in.

The staff here are Wonderful. This is the only place I will get my snakes mice from, the prices are great and they have a great selection of sizes in. (I like to swap between two sizes, just depending on how the season is effecting my snakes appetite). You can also buy them is different quantities, so I can buy a single mouse at a time, or I can stock up with the packs (around 10 per pack). Highly recommended for all the pet things they sell aswell, not just the reptile supplies.

Amazing shop, lovely staff. Way better than every other pet shop I have visited. Give great advise and have a range of plants, ornaments and fish. Bought all of my fish here, and although most of them are not alive anymore this is definitely not their fault and all fish have lived long enough. There is a range of birds at the front of the shop, and quite a few snakes that all seem well cared for.

The staff here are absolutely amazing. You can tell that they care about what happens to the fish that they sell and are extremely knowledgeable. Always happy to have a good chat with you. I honestly cannot recommend this shop enough!!

Always go here for my fish supplies, staff are well informed, there a good variety of fish and decorations. It's not all fish, they also cater for many other pet needs too.

Quite a small shop but great place to get plenty of items for all sorts of animals. No hamsters or small furry animals for at least another month yet. The staff were helpful and pleasant.

Best quality. Best price. The staff here are always available to have a chat and answer any questions. You can tell that they have a passion for what they do and they truly care about the wellbeing of our animals. I went to Pets at Home for my reptile food and they were either out of stock or all their live pet food was dead on the shelf with hardly any staff to help. At The Fish Bowl, it was the opposite. To anyone wishing to find the best quality service for their animal's needs, The Fish Bowl is the place to go!
