Called in to re stock my pond after a Heron had decided to eat my fish for lunch..the fish here are are of good quality and the staff ..Rob in particular are very knowlegable and helpful and go out of their way to advise and assist you .I cant recommend them highly enough.Well done.👏👏👏

Despite the half hour trek through the one way ikea inspired garden centre (or clothes shop??) to get here, it's worth the effort. Happy healthy fish now topped up our tank.

Fish pricey and fighting fish are half dead. However, great supply for fish tank and pond equipment.

Really helpful staff, great selection of fish, tank and pond stuff as well as cascading water ornaments for the garden. Will definitely be shopping again!

Purchased two planted pond baskets fully loaded and healthy..new blagdon grand octagonal now looks good..split the baskets into floating baskets and all is good ..

Eye wateringly big place. Only issue was we couldn't find a couple of the plants I was interested in. Not that concerned about that as I wasn't ready to buy them today but, oh my its a big place.

Needed to totally re vamp our pond. George was really helpful and gave us great advice on buying a new water pump and some plants .will be calling in again to buy some fish . Fantastic place highly recommend.

Brilliant facility. If you have a fish need, youll get it here. Pumps, tanks, fiddly bits. There's also plenty of fish on offer to see and you can even feed the big koi carp for £1. Excellent little place.

This garden centre has a lot to offer, a good variety of flowers, shrubs and trees. There is also a nice restaurant, when the lockdow is over!! The staff are very helpful and friendly. It does get busy at weekends.

Some of the ladies that work here don't seem to like anyone under the age of 50. They are short with you and get annoyed if you ask them something or try a bit of small talk. Either this or they are just rude. Some items are way over priced, a bag of logs that are £4 anywhere are nearly £10 at Rivendell. Saying all this i do enjoy a walk around this garden centre and, when you can, having breakfast or lunch while your there. Overall, if you don't get served by one of the rude ladies it's a nice morning/afternoon out.

Bought a pump and was told by the vendor this store only sells items they have on display with NO stock kept. He took the empty box and went to get item from store room then proceeded to unscrew the main body of pump to install other items. It was then I asked if this was the only item and was it display model. He said no they only stock 1 item at a time as no room for more stock? He then went to display and took the controller from the display. I said have you only got one of those. He said yes. All very strange and hard to believe (confirmation of this would be helpful - or have I been misled?) I then arrived home and went on their website to purchase the same pump from the shop and not online and it was allowing me to buy 3 which also included in shop discount not offered to me. Is this normal when purchasing pond pumps that WOW only stock 1 of each item?

The big Scouse lad who served me was knowledable and affable. Got what I needed with a short wait as they were busy but the staff in the fish section are very helpful
