The staff there are amazing, very polite and welcoming, the guy Ben is great he is very understanding and explains any information I needed, the reptiles from there are well looked after and cared for, my friend got one (pictures below) and she is the friendliest snake I've met, very good around kids and animals 10/10 would recommend

A lovely little shop with a great range of stock and really helpful, knowledge staff. Access is a little tight for anyone with mobility issues but the staff will do anything they can to help.

Only the best banter and conversation with added in feline therapy.

I have a few various snakes and over the last 6 months there has been limited availability to buy rats & mice online, and when I could get some they were charging £26 JUST FOR DELIVERY, so I found this pet shop that’s actually really close to me and they have everything not just for cats and dogs but for reptiles too, and they don’t just sell reptile items they know what they are talking about when I need advice for my snakes, they are reasonably priced and deliver on a Saturday which is a god send, I would definitely recommend going here especially if you have or are into reptiles.

Great place with everything you need for your pet not matter what kind it is

This is the most fantastic place ever , we bought our bearded dragon from them two years ago and they have looked after him every year we have been away plus our snakes as well and they always come back fat and we'll looked after , would highly recommend them for their animals and bording facilities . Staff are always kind and very helpful .

Well stocked shop and excellent cared for animals. If an item isn't in stock can order for usually couple of days. Staff are very good too especially with children. They have a great knowledge of animals and help with setups to caring for them day to day. They also have a holiday scheme too. Great little shop with many services. Recommend a visit.

A really small and unassuming shop. Really helpful staff and a wide range of exotic pets. We just got stick insects but the staff were great and let the kids take time with them.
