Fantastic local shop. Dan really helpful and gives Fantastic advice. It has everything you need for your reptiles, amphibians and fish. Shop is well set out and the things you need are easy to see and get to. Would 100% recommend if anyone is venturing into the reptile world for the first time or thousandth.

Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Lots of animals to choose to buy and staff help when purchasing to make sure you have right equipment

Me, my daughter and son went yesterday and bought a Hermann tortoise for a birthday present for my wife and I have to say Dan was so warm, welcoming and very helpful. He was very passionate about his reptiles i felt he was not just in it for the money more the care of the reptiles. His shop was very clean and a nicer set up for the reptiles than the other shops we went to in the area! We highly recommend world of exotics to anyone and we will not go anywhere else now. Wonderful store with friendly helpful staff, the new store is so much bigger and has great displays and variety. The new fish section is great and they stock an extensive range of live food.

Nipped in get the neice some millipedes, came out with a beautiful little tri coloured hog! Got it home yesterday and just tried feed it along with all the others and it's fed no messing! Fantastic service from Dan, no doubt I'll be back at some point.

A lot of things didnt have prices of them but the lady who owns it is very knowledgeable.incredible range of animals and quite good prices on some things.deceivingly large,definitely worth a visit

I came here to pick up some food for my reptiles. While they are well stocked with food such as live food for lizards, frozen mice for snakes, etc, I’m unsure how they keep the live insects. Several crickets and the occasional locust were all over the place. Also, the lady behind the tills was kind and informative to me but I them hear her talk rather unkindly to a young worker at the store who was clearly rushed off his feet and had a lot to handle. I felt it was unkind of her to act nice to customers but not so much to her workers. Good if you need reptile supplies however.

Small, but stocked shop. The staff are very helpful and friendly and there's lots to choose from, particularly for exotic pet-owners.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, helping us with our new Beardy, despite not buying from them. We get all our Beardy stuff from here now.

Parking outside is a bit hit and miss. The shop is well laid out with a good selection of reptile essentials. Good variety of livestock...all look healthy. The staff keep records of animals' feeding history. The staff were lovely...knowledgeable enthusiasts. One downside is there were a fair few loose crickets which could be off-putting to some however...if live foods freak you out perhaps exotic pets aren't for you.

Dan is great nothing is to much trouble animals are well kept and the after care is 2nd to none. No question is to stupid to ask as he only has the welfare off the animals at heart. Would never go anywhere else for food equipment or animals

Dan has a great range of live food for our Beardy. He offers a holiday service too, where he looks after him amazingly x

This is a great a shop! Can tell they care for the reptiles etc and look after them really well. They're very helpful and knowledge is very good. They have stuff I've struggled to get online or in other shops. Very good range of stock.

Variety of exotic pets - lizards, turtles, snakes, gekos... Staff is polite and knowledgeable.

Ordered 2 X 6ft Viv's, arrived on time, superb quality, would recommend to anyone! 😀

Lovely place and people, very friendly and helpful. Knowledgable about reptiles, with good food stock. WARNING: All bulbs bought here have been faulty or blown up on first turn on, luckily we had a cage around our bulb to catch the shards. Other bulbs just wont work, a sad waste of money when trying to stock up on lights. Wouldnt buy any items again.

I haven’t been yet but heard lots of stuff I am coming to see geckos and frogs as I am looking for a moving in present birthday etc but I wondered if you are allowed to hold them

Very knowledgeable owner who was very happy to help with our initial small purchase. We then went on to order a Viv for the iguana we also got from him. We got full costing and advice on set up and follow up.

All I can say is go there if you want to buy, house or feed Snakes, Reptiles and Spiders. Very knowledgeable and caring people, who love animals and are not in any way pushy to make a sale.

Fantastic specialist pet shop, best range of species and equipment I've ever seen and the people who work there are always friendly and know exactly what they are taking about. Couldn't recommend more.

Excellent shop, Dan the owner is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. All the animals in the shop are well looked after. I've recently had a unit of vivs made through his shop and couldn't be happier with the results!

I have been going to this shop for approximately 1 year and have always been happy with the service and stock. The staff are really knowledgeable and helpful, whenever I have had concerns or queries they have always been happy to offer great advice. The staff genuinely care about all animals, not just the reptiles they have in stock. This is a far cry from other reptile shops in the local area that I feel have not offered the best advice and do not seem to have a vested interest in the proper care of such specialised species.

Over the last few years Dan and Jan have been fantastic with reptile information, helping us purchase the correct reptiles for our children to handle. They are always at the end of the phone to help and if we have any concerns Dan is always happy to check the reptile over and give us the best advice. I wouldnt go anywhere else 😊

Absolutely brilliant exotic shop. Dan and his staff are very knowledgeable and give fantastic advice. Animals kept and sold here are in great health and well cared for. The holiday boarding on offer is spot on, I've had many of my exotic pets here while I am away, including my disabled Chinese water dragon who requires daily medication which I can trust this shop to do for me. I highly recommend visiting this lovely shop!
