Not very easy to find but great service when you do find it. Don't go by address on Google but by the address on the Facebook page. So many reptiles to choose from, advice given and one girl left very happy with first reptile.

Absolutely love it here.. always a warm welcome... always more than happy to help me instore or on the phone.. they really do have their customers and live stocks bests interests at heart... to this day I have not lost 1 fish and have recently had 2 corn snakes and 2 geckos. Simply the best fish/reptile shop around... thanks for all you continued help and support guys...

A great exotic pet store with really helpful staff. We bought our crested gecko from here and they could not have been more helpful. Because of this I won't go anywhere else for food and supplies. They cater for and sell Snakes, spiders, lizards (crested, leopard day and African fat tailed geckos, iguanas, bearded dragons and skinks) turtles and terrapins as well as smaller pets like cockroaches and many types of fish. One stop shop and if you want any exotic pets, I couldn't recommend enough 👍 (The pictures are my tri-colour harliquin crestie from this store)

My husband and I took our three children (ages 3-7 years) to a handling session at Contact Pets. We had a really great time. Dave was extremely knowledgeable and great with the kids. He is easily able to alleviate any fears you have about any of the animals. It was a fantastic, laid back session which we would 100% recommend. Thank you!

Had a bit of an emergency heating issue with my frog- hadn’t been to this shop before but went to ask for advise and all the staff were really friendly and helpful. They continued to offer advice over the phone and helped me get exactly what I needed. Will definitely be a regular customer! Brilliant customer service and beautiful creatures of all shapes and sizes 😁

Great local exotic pet shop. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and a great range for beginners to advanced animal keepers. I got almost everything for my aquarium from here including live plants and fish and everything is doing great

As a marine fish keeper I visit several matine stockists in the North West. I get all my water from here. While I'm there brouse the fish and corals.Often picking the odd frag unless I need to replace something.Always helpfull,plenty of staff but the do tend to have special areas. Down to them stocking replies, tropical and coldwater. Easy access,although not on the main road. Good prices,well cared for stock,worth the trip out.

Got our lizard from a lovely lady full of information. Also got everything including vivarium etc. Very happy
