Friendly staff and normally not majorly busy, although it's difficult reaching high items and there's not normally enough staff around to help when needed

Came here looking for a comfortable harness for out dog and I must say the staff were very helpful as I couldn’t find what I needed. Staff managed to size and fit our dog for his harness for us and even gave us 10% off at till. Bonus. Safe to say I think he likes it 👍🏼 would recommend for all pet needs

Four weeks ago we got a rescue dog on a Sunday and we went here with him for a new harness, food and new toys etc. We were helped by the deputy manager who was amazing in what we needed!! He even got our dog a proper harness that was easy to put on and was comfy to wear. He recommended a special dry food that would help our dogs digestive system. His knowledge and customer care went above and beyond. He is a real asset to your company and should be acknowledged for it. The only sad thing is that we didn't get his name at the time.

We had booked on to the family activity last Sunday. Very informal so could ask questions. Learnt about what goes on behind the scenes with the animals as well. I've been to these events on and off over the last 12 years and the kids always learn a lot. Also get given a certificate etc. Our multimammate mice loved the box it came in. Ive been having trouble getting rid of fleas on my dog. Today Becky (i think) helped us in store. I really appreciated her help. I wasn't sure what to buy or where to start. Ive already spent a fortune online. Becky was knowledgeable, friendly and so helpful. Oscar the dog is feeling much happier now. Thank you, your advice was much appreciated!

Would have given it 5 stars if not for some of the staff at bromborough store. There seems to be a trend now for certain people to think that serving customers on the tills is beneath them. Stood chatting and you don't know where to queue, some very disinterested

The range of products is great and the staff are knowledgeable and happy to help when you're unsure or can't find something. Can't say I'm a fan of the stinky treats that my dog keeps hiding on the couch, though I suppose that isn't Pets At Home's fault 😂

Animals well-looked-after and lots of good items to take care of pets, when we went, there was even a dog treats pick-n-mix!

Visited while seeking advice about a starter fish tank for my grandson. The assistant was brilliant, very helpful and supportive. We are now prepared and more knowledgeable to be able to support Tom 7 in his new venture, even exploring which fish to choose.

Visited on 18-08-2022, store was clean and tody, not that many customers (around 5pm) had a good amount of stock including loose dog treats. Served at the till quickly and professionally and overall a pleasant experience

My Margie's very first visit to kit her out, she is 10 weeks old and we got everything we need......for now haha

Staff always helpful but we do have trouble getting the loose dog biscuits puppy marrowbones and very small biscuit bones you always run out in both Bidston and here. But its a good shop .

Got what I needed for my Dogs crate a canvas style mat which is sturdy it has a logo on it 3peaks seems to be well made and fits his crate perfectly thank you pets at home .

The shop was quite quiet, made browsing much easier, had all items I wanted, pleasant staff overall a good shopping experience

Had trouble parking my van little spaces and compact! Store was good. Tho the K9 harnesses were hidden away off shelves away from thieves. We got what we went for staff were friendly

Whilst it's OK and staff have a good knowledge of the animals on sale ,they are a bit o,t,t, when they want to know the ins and outs of everything before you can buy .

Wanted a retractable lead. Sign said ask at the till, 1 person serving had to wait then another colleague popped up , went to get the lead, and then had to wait at the back of the que again to pay for it hahahah

Was there with a friend & her daughter, as said daughter had been to the Cheshire Oaks store & wanted to see this one. It was the biggest toy shop I think I've ever seen! Great selection of toys & very helpful, approachable staff. If you're after a new toy for a child (or child in an adult's body!) then look no further!

Everything you want for your pet(s), the store is well stocked, staff are very helpful. They have some livestock for sale and on viewing they all look healthy and well looked after.

Good customer service Rachel. After I been forced to drive there to book an appointment for my cat ..( we keep ringing and they keep to our the phone down?) ...soni decide yo gobthere in person .. And got a good customer service from Rachel ..thank you . I suggest to put a good system on the phones to get all calls .... and not looding the calls .... I ask my daughter to ring the shop again when I was inside the shop and she did it ..but phones was NOT RINGING ? so the staff ( must out phone in silence? ) ... I was there ...also did not see any rings or ligths flashing out ? ... Well at the end ..Rachel.did give a customer service thank you xx

Beth the manager is horrible to talk to as I ask for help with my kitten she hasn't got your pets best interests at heart an has terrible customer care and because of this pets at home has lost a customer. If I was you I would use a different pet store....

The people in this store went above and beyond am so happy they help me with my problem thank u so much my cat would not eat but they said that they would love this so I got it and he loves it
