Same as most B&Q stores. Stock most things for the DIY enthusiast or gardener. Does have a building section for the more ambitious DIYer. Same tools as Screwfix as they are the same business now. Good hamburger stall outside that takes cash or card.

Call to pickup sum thing's from B&Q lots of stock in the store .space to look around. Not long to wait to be served staff are helpful

A big store to try and find what you want. Staff not helpful. I asked one for help , he was putting things on shelves. Looked at me and said try Isle 10 and then continued putting things on shelf. I go quite regular to b&q but spend time searching rather than asking Staff, that's if you can find any.

Everything needed for the avid DIY'r can be found here, watch out for reduced prices in the garden area's at this time of year, ideally sited on the Wirral.

It's ok but some items are well over priced.

Got some good bargains on plants and helpful staff.

Prices expensive no one around to ask for help

I will keep going back but the plumbing section is always low on some item and overstocked on others. It's not just the day I went as well as I have been going on a regular basis for the past week and a half to complete a bathroom project.

Most of the plants were totally overpriced..and he others were dying.

Fantastic customer service from the B&Q staff at the Wallasey. Welcomed at the door and every member of staff acknowledge us and were friendly, professional and knowledgable. Got the same level of service when we had to exchange something and had brilliant customer care from a lovely guy named Craig. All of the staff were an example of five star service customer and are clearly well motivated and enjoying their jobs. Brilliant

Sterile. Probably the most unwelcoming DIY store on the planet. They have a massive stock of goods, but never seem to have what I want. The garden centre is extremely poor.

Good selection for every house/garden need. Not many staff around for help but when you can find one they are helpful.

20% off a lot of things this bank holiday weekend including bedding plants. They used to do large trays of bedding plants for like £3.99, now smaller trays and more expensive. Very busy in there and not many manned tills open.

A better than average B and Q in my view, great range.

Wanted to purchase a table lamp one I wanted was out of stock asked if I could purchase the one on show No not allowed staff member advised that staff cannot purchase them they get disposed of what a waste surely they could be PAT tested then sold

Social distancing in effect but such a large store so easy to stay distant. Very wide selection of plants and everything DIY and garden. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable.

Large store with plenty of stock. Building materials to garden plants and all the tools you need to do the job.
