cannot
let
this
go,
the
awful
experience
that
my
mother
endured
during
her
time
at
the
Range
store,
at
the
customer
service
point.
The
woman
who
should
have
treated
my
mother
(customer)
with
respect
and
kindness
did
the
opposite,
she
was
dismissive
towards
her
and
with
a
humiliating
tone
addressing
my
mother.
Basically
my
mother
bought
a
Christmas
bedding
set
and
the
person
who
was
packing
the
items
in
the
bag
forgot
to
add
part
of
the
bedding
set
and
she
went
back
to
The
Range
in
the
customer
service
area
where
the
employee
spoke
so
disparagingly
and
without
reason
told
my
mother
that
she
had
to
watch
the
security
video
to
confirm
my
mother's
story,
even
though
my
mother
brought
her
the
receipt
and
explained
what
happened.
The
employee
made
her
feel
like
a
liar,
helpless,
after
a
long
wait
and
having
made
my
mother
feel
miserable
just
because
her
English
is
not
her
first
language,
the
employee
decided
to
return
the
missing
part
of
the
purchase.
The
lady,
a
customer
service
employee,
should
be
ashamed
of
having
humiliated
my
mother
just
because
English
is
not
her
first
language.
I
hope
that
if
you
have
a
mother
she
doesn’t
find
the
kind
of
person
that
my
mother
encountered,
somebody
without
kindness
and
without
the
understanding
to
those
that
need
the
most.
