Got a ickle bubba pram from here less then a year ago been trying to email these an I crnt seem to do it I paid 130.00 pound for the pram an the frame is faulty I have just had to buy a new one how do u email these anyone please

I reserved something online here, so that i could make sure it was in stock for when i arrived. After waiting ten minutes to be served as the ladies at the counter just wouldn't stop talking, i then had to wait another half an hour as they looked for me product, before they finally realized that they had stored it in the wrong place. It was an absolutly horrible experience, and I'd definetly reccomend shopping online, rather than going to the store.

Awful “customer service” from PAM the “manager” who has no idea about consumer rights, or the Argos store policy! I bought an inflatable swimming seat ring from here for my 14 month old as he had outgrew his stage 1 one, my son is a big lad yet this was miles to big for him, he could just about see over the ring the seat was that low and reaching the water to splash was an absolute no go, so as anyone would they would take it back as it is falsely described, this item is easily stage 3, but PAM who thinks she’s above consumer rights flat out refused to refund it, because it’s been in the water! How else are you supposed to find out if it’s faulty?!?It’s a water product, designed to go in the water! How on earth are you supposed to find any faults if you don’t use it! She has basically implied that nothing can go back to that store unless it is unopened which is ludicrous, not to mention against the law! Talk about a power trip! Iv never heard such a pathetic excuse, I shouldn’t of had to but I took it to Broughton who were like every other Argos I’ve been to, do there job and are helpful! With staff that don’t think they are the ceo of Argos! Absolutely pathetic 😂 I will be reporting this store to trading standards!

Argos has always served me well previously with reserve and collect 'pay in store' and i have used it a number of times over the years, i had heard about fast track but was a little unsure at first. A bit of reading up on the service and i thought i would give it a try - to my surprise i didn't need to enter any card details as i could use my existing Paypal Account for the payment. Once at the store there was a specific collection point i had to go to, which was clearly marked out, the assistant approached quickly once i reached the counter - (the store was quiet at this point anyway) and asked "Fast Track?" - I gave the assistant the reference number, given to me online after payment and he went to get my item from the Stockroom/warehouse and brought it out after a couple of minutes. I had however thought the item would have been on the shelf waiting for my arrival. The whole process was quick and simple to follow, from ordering, paying and collecting.

Used this Argos possibly 8 times and twice I was given items that had been returned as faulty. Parts missing and snapped of a child's safety gate, I thought it was suspect the amount of tape that was on one end of the box. The other item was a wash and dry Vax although when I opened it, it wasn't the carpet shampooer type of wet n dry vac this one just sucks up spillages. Noticed had been used prior as there was someone else's hair in the carpet attachment. Took pictures cleaned it and went back. Ironic thing was 'Miss Marple' was so rigorous checking every nook and cranny to see whether I'd used it. I showed my photo and told her it's the second time I have received items that have been sent back this one had obviously been used. They exchanged/refunded both items no problem. But main issue is why returns aren't being thoroughly checked before being put back on the picking shelves. EDIT - Ordered a BT Youview box via fast track for a birthday present for someone. I already have one. As she past me it I asked why there was no security seals as my one did a few months previous. She assures me that they were all now like that. I told her I was only asking as it was a gift and it wouldn't be the first time I'd received something 'used/returned'. My Dad opened it today and it's evident it has been open bags that contained cables ripped open and black cable ties replaced with grotty elastic bands. Luckily the box works. But please check everything you get from here.

I went to Argos in Birkenhead today.Couldnt find the Page with Pet Carriers .I asked a Member of Staff behind the Counter for Advice .All i got back was he didnt know.What a Joker?Where do you get this amazing helpfull Staff from is beyond me.?You obviusly employ a bunch of clueless Staff.You want to gove them a bit of Staff Training before you let them loose

Recently purchaced a fridge frezzer and paid for old 1 to be taken would not take it on arrival coz to big did not refund my money their on spot man unpolite had to go shop not helpfull and it was the week if you spent over 100 pound you would get vocher coz i was not refunded my money i should of got that vocher instead she gave me 20 per cent off next purches i wont be spending my xmass money their thankyou

Absolutely ridiculous service. I totally understand why they are closing store's. Flabbergasted! Outraged! As loyal customer for over 20 years I'm shocked, a product can be available online to order, becsuse the distribution centre is out of my zone, I am unable to puracse the product! This a complete and utter joke, poor service. I will be usig amazon in the future. The call handler ended the call, abrupt, rude and no customer service at all! SHAME ON YOU ARGOS! shame on you...

I have used this Argos many times and was happy with the products that I bought. Staff are helpful.
