Having
recently
completed
a
successful
legal
case
against
this
company,
I
now
feel
happy
to
write
this
review.
Park
Lane
Holiday
Homes
conduct
themselves
in
truly
the
worst
way
(I
say
Park
Lane
Holiday
Homes,
all
correspondence
is
done
through
Britaniacrest
setup
as
some
sort
of
parent
company
to
no
doubt
confuse
and
put
people
off).
They
terminated
my
mother-in-laws
license
agreement
for
absolutely
no
reason
merely
months
after
she
paid
them
the
Β£4000
license
fee.
She
was
verbally
told
that
it
was
due
to
her
caravan
being
'too
old'
despite
it
being
in
perfect
condition.
We
commenced
small
claims
proceedings
against
the
company
due
to
the
fact
that,
despite
her
chasing
them
for
an
up
to
date
license
agreement,
they
did
not
have
one
in
place.
They
instructed
their
own
Solicitor
to
defend
the
case
who
tried
to
submit
a
counter
claim
saying
my
MIL
had
abandoned
the
caravan
and
threatened
to
sue
her
for
in
excess
of
Β£4000,
however
they
didn't
have
a
leg
to
stand
on.
I
would
advise
anyone
who
rents
a
caravan
here
to
keep
copies
of
all
paperwork
as
I
can
assure
you,
you
will
need
this
in
the
future
and
Park
Lane/Britaniacrest
won't
keep
copies
of
any
letters
they
send
to
you.
Definitely
one
to
avoid
if
you're
looking
for
a
peaceful
site
to
reside
on.
