Handy place to park up for the Marine point shopping complex, adjacent to Morrisons, Iceland, Home Bargains & Costa as well as Bubbles play zone. Plenty of spaces and free to park. It's next to the promenade and also a short walk away from the New Brighton attractions along the sea front. Gets very busy at times and may also flood in winter.

The overflowing car park had approx 15 camper vans all taking up to 4 parking spaces and the road surface is heavily stained by God knows what being discharged from the vans.
