ALWAYS consistently superb. It is so lovely to be here in such a friendly relaxed atmosphere where everyone is in happy mood. Mike, the owner and chef is unique, how he manages to cook everything so perfectly and on time with twenty+ people there I don't know. What a quaint little gem of a restaurant this establishment is! We booked after a recommendation and WOW we certainly were not disappointed. Situated on Rowson Street, to the left as you head down into New Brighton it could be easily missed but I urge you to sample its charm, warm welcome and ultimately its stunning food.Run by Mike & his fantastic team, you are well catered for and the service is second to none. Walking through its lovely flowered courtyard we were greeted by Charlie who showed us to our table and then Evie took our order. Our food arrived piping hot and looked nothing short of high end fine dining. We also had a side order of chips and 'oh my word!' these are simply THE best chips you will EVER have... I can't recommend them highly enough! Our desserts were plentyful and there were so many to choose from it was hard to decide. All in all the experience was brilliant, from start to finish and 10/10 for everything. Bistro 115 is up there with the best. Keep up the good work guys... We WILL be back! 👍👍👍

What a hidden gem. The food was so good I'm almost reluctant to share in case I have trouble getting a seat. Lovely location. Fab decor, fantastic staff and a tremendous chef what more could you ask for. We have made a point of saying we will make a point of going once a month. I've already shared my find with local friends. Go and try this place you won't be disappointed

Had another fab meal here, service was quick and food was excellent as usual. it was nice to have a chat to the lovely lady who served us. Always booked and I can understand why reasonable priced and excellent food.

I don’t really want to tell you how perfectly, fabulous this little bistro is. I want it all for myself!!! But that would be really selfish of me. So let me just say that the food, the presentation, the atmosphere, the service, and of course the friendly, polite staff and the most amazing chef are just second to none. I have lost count on how many times I’ve been here now but it never disappoints, it just keeps on getting better. It really is a little gem of a place….. but don’t tell anyone!!!

Warmly greeted upon arrival. Food was delicious, I chose cod loin and friend had garlic prawns and salmon. Both so tasty and reasonably priced. Can't wait to go back. Recommend this lovely restaurant. Would give more stars if available.

Fantastic little restaurant- vital to book to avoid disappointment. Really interesting and different menu, reasonably priced as is the wine. The halloumi fries were crispy and delicious. Surfs Up could’ve fed two people! The dessert menu tempted us to share one, the options were so unusual and really tasty. Will definitely return

Such a lovely place beautifully decorated and amazing atmosphere, staff are lovely, friendly, helpful and so welcoming and the food? Omg by far the best food I have ever eaten, I cannot recommend it highly enough!

Food is excellent as is the friendly, helpful service. The dining area may be small in size but the food stands out large - always enjoy going here and would definitely recommend this little gem 😊

The whole thing was magnificent what a find the food menus were well thought out and different to the norm. The staff attentiveness was fantastic what a team. Our thanks to the kitchen staff for their expertise and dedication for turning out such fantastic food. Our only concern is that it is to far away to visit on a regular basis but if anywhere near we will go out of our way to do so, or you could relocate to the east side of Stoke-on-Trent🤔😉😄🤗

Myself and my mum visited here on 11/1/23 for lunch and it was honestly the best decision we’ve ever made for somewhere to eat!! The food was absolutely stunning, service was fantastic and such a great price for the quality you get!! Already planning our next visit. As locals to the area, I can’t believe we haven’t been here before. Such a gem!

This is a lovely little bistro with a very personal feel. The food was perfectly cooked and full of flavour. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend a visit, I will definitely be returning.

Popped into bistro 115 for lunch, and it was incredible! There new menu is outstanding and has so many varieties as we are vegetarians so we did not have a problem finding something to eat. We have only tried the dinner menu before which is spectacular so we had high hopes for the lunch menu. The service was amazing, the atmosphere was so calm and relaxing, and the chef knows how to cook! If you want good food and good service bistro 115 is the place to go. Can not wait to visit there again.

Such a beautiful gem to have in New Brighton..a quirky and beautiful restaurant with delicious food. The menu makes you feel spoilt for choice...both the starters and mains were perfect. We even got tempted into a baileys dessert. A lovely ambience and attentive and good humoured staff. Already booked in again! Well done Bistro 115!!

Just had a lovely dinner at 115 bistro. The staff is warm and attentive. The place is like out of a fairytale. The food was over the top fantastic! We live around the corner and this is our new favourite place. We plan to come back often. Highly recommend!!

Been trying to have a meal in here for about nine months but the opportunity never presented itself. Managed to get in last Saturday 5th November. Absolute pleasure from start to finish. Love the entryway and the 'not large' main room. Great service from the team. Starters very tasty and not over filling. The mains were near impossible to choose from (changed my mind 5 times). Went with the 115 special. Steak, pork and prawns, delicious! We'll be back.

What a place this is... outstanding. Setting, service, menu, food, drinks and price were all A1. Attention to detail in decor and food presentation made a real difference. The food was flavoursome without being overpowering... we will be back again and again. 10 stars, never mind 5 👏👏👏

Went for our friends birthday, lovely little restaurant, wasn't sure what to expect when we walked in. But was pleasantly surprised how nice it was. Gorgeous food and very friendly staff. Will definitely be going again and would definitely recommend anyone to give it a try.

Had meal last night in a group of 10. Each meal came out at same time . Food was the best I’ve eaten in a long time . Think it’s my favourite restaurant in Wirral and Liverpool. Staff very pleasant and helpful.
