A favourite following a walk sound Sefton Park. There was a queue so we decided to have a mooch up and down Lark Lane. Upon our return - no queue! Milo Lounge is Dog friendly and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Service is great and we were served quickly. Being health conscious I had to find a dish that had low saturated fat (too many chicken wings and cheese of late!) and I narrowed my choice down to the Meze Salad or the Mexican Superbowl. Mexican Superbowl won. Healthy, low calorie, filling and loads of flavours! Winner! We also got the Lamb Flatbread and the kids Fish and Chips. Feedback was the Lamb was delicious. Only negative comment was the Fish Fingers Batter was too crunchy however I tried the fish inside and its was really nice. I think this was just my son being awkward. Average price and nice food 👌

Great place for a catch up with your nearest and dearest. Dog friendly, with treats for your pet. I was there catching up with my friend and her dog. We both had a burger, coffee, wine, cider, etc...very welcoming,friendly staff. Excellent menu, I wanted to try quite a few items...like the tapas, bang bang chicken,etc...Maybe next time.

Went for lunch with my friends. Food can be ordered via app or at the bar. There is a massive sign at the entrabce yet not niticed it 😊 Food was of a good quality it was very busy so we had to ask again for coffe to be brought to the table. Atmosphere was good but not the best place for someone who is noise sensitive. Would definately come back.

We had English breakfast at milo lounge today! The food was ok ( would like to try some other dishes to give a proper food review - was like an average English breakfast nothing exceptional- egg yolk was over cooked ) - but for us what might make the whole experience better is service, while there were no issues and no real complaints ( credit where due staff was accommodating as they swapped mushrooms with black pudding for us on the breakfast) I do feel there is a missing trick here - while I appreciate how busy it can be on a Sunday a little smile on all staffs faces would go a long way and things just become easier - whether its waiting to get a table or waiting for your order!

salt and pepper squid was super buss (really good) as were the fries, however i was let down by the mac and cheese. far too much oil. the wonderful staff and cute dogs make up for it tho.

Came to visit this dog friendly cafe after looking at reviews on Google and we're so glad we did. Located on the popular Lark lane, the atmosphere was cosy and warming even while busy. Love the outside inviting look as well as the inside rustic feel. Food was amazing and cooked so well and appetising. We couldn't wait to dig in! They had menus catered for everyone both vegan and GF options. I'd recommend if you visit Liverpool to visit Milos for comfort away from home. Food - 5* Vibes - 5* Price - 5*

Milo lounge is a great place to eat at with your pals. The food is delicious and it's got a great relaxed atmosphere. I'm a vegetarian and I thought their vegetarian dishes, although limited were delicious. Highly recommended!

Love Milo lounge! Such a solid place for food, hot beverages and cool drinks. They have menus for the different dietary needs too, which is quite useful too. Dog friendly and it opens a bit earlier than some other places around too.

Nice relaxed place. It's good they are dog friendly, but there was one dog had a high pitch Yelp that it was employing regularly- maybe after more socialization it won't be so bad, but it did interrupt the relaxed ambiance a few times! Food was great, staff friendly. Great place for a chat, drink and meal with an old friend :)

Lovely cozy restaurant The tapas are amazing, so are the salads, burgers and...well basically EVERYTHING!!! Price is reasonable, staff really friendly and professional Dogs allowed!!! Really a must if you are around the area Also do good brunch and breakfast, so great for any time of the day Really recommend

Really kind staff, had the pancakes and an iced coffee, perfect on a sunny day and for a break from exams! Relaxed atmosphere & nice decor with a wide menu, especially if you have allergies/dietary requirements. Can't wait to go again!

Came with my partner and 2 daughters Great place, good vibes too with a fantastic service, Elliott especially a gentleman very friendly and down to earth, plus he has a great team round him. 👍 we will be returning again! Excellent. Very good range of options and particularly good for gluten free. One of the most extensive gluten free menus I have encountered. Food was of excellent quality and extremely flavoursome. Very good level of service - friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere, relaxed and welcoming. One star knocked off for the music which was too loud.

This place has become so stingy. Not only was it £5.50 for an orange juice (and it wasn't even a pint of), but I ordered some fries and got this measly handful. Fed up of places being so tight. It's boring. Shame, I used to like Milo.

I ordered pancakes and bacon was not nice, i ate one pancake. My friend is gluten free so ordered off that menu she asked was bread seeded or plain as she can not have seeds. They said it didnt have seeds. Food came and muffin was full of seeds. She then had to go and tell them which took a while. Then they didnt give us spoons for our drinks as they had to wash them. Just not an enjoyable sunday morning.

Went with my partner a few days back as a first time in lark lane. Was queuing for 15 minutes for a table of 2. A couple of 2 came in afterwards, within 2 minutes they got sat down before us, got sent to a table of two right in the back of the restaurant on a small sofa and small table for a MEAL. told a different staff we were seated here for a meal and got told if we're not happy with it to go back to the queue? Never coming back

Started coming here recently and treated my mum to a tapas lunch on Monday. The tapas was excellent value for money and the staff in milo lounge are always really friendly. I am craving the plates so bad! Honey feta, buffalo wings and quesadillas. Can’t pick a favourite! Amazing!!!! Handsome bar men too 😂😂😂

Called here to meet a couple of friends for breakfast. Really nice old style feel inside. Food was excellent and fairly reasonably priced. For some reason the drinks seemed to take a while to arrive at times maybe due to how busy it suddenly became but shouldn't distract from visiting here 👍

Delicious food and tasty drinks, just had our lunch at Milo Lounge. First time been in this great restaurant. Quirky decor and a fab menu makes this place a definite go to. They have some really good deals on too to tempt you in go on Mondays and Tuesdays after 5pm which are worth checking out! We will most certainly be paying Milo Lounge another visit....oh yeah...the service was spot on too by the great staff!

Great food (caters for vegans too and have a separate menu with great variety). Dog friendly restaurant, so you can have food and drinks with your furry friends! Great atmosphere, lovely attentive staff and lovely food. Only downfall is sometimes the reception can be bad which makes ordering online on your phone slightly tricky. But apart from that a great place, definitely a regular! Thanks!

Lovely relaxed atmosphere on a Monday afternoon. Food was really nice and service was friendly.

Went for brunch and decided on Milo. The welcome was warmish, we were told to sit anywhere and order at the bar. We chose a lounge breakfast which comes with tea and lounge eggs with bacon and a pot of tea, simple enough order. However, the waitress read back the order wrong 3 times. We had to go back to the bar as only 1 pot of tea arrived! The food was average which is really disappointing having read the reviews and having had a personal recommendation.

Good place to chill out with friends unfortunately they had a reduced menu / food selection. But food good.

Went to milo lounge for a coffee and a panini had to wait for about 30 minutes, for a sandwich I thought the service was pretty slow but must add the sandwich was very good

Love Milo Lounge. Quirky decor, lovely and homely, staff and super friendly and the food is reasonably priced and delicious. The fresh orange juice is delightful too. Always love our visits here. It is also dog friendly so a great option if you are out on a dog walk too

Had a nice meal here, there were plenty of vegetarian choices for me. The food was good, the staff were friendly, the seating was comfortable, the toilets were clean. We were not chased off as soon as possible after finishing our meal, we were able to sit and chat afterwards which was nice.

Tasty but everything is a different temperature on my plate not sure why it’s so hard to do a fab breakfast. Coffee enjoyable

Great restaurant whether it’s breakfast, lunch, a snack dinner or tapas your after. A lovely welcoming place with a great atmosphere. Fabulous separate gluten free and vegan menus . Absolutely love this place. They actually ask you if you have any allergies and require a separate menu unlike some restaurants that make you feel awkward your made to feel welcome here the minute you step through the door. Food was excellent, staff eventually helpful. Things that could be improved are Better way to order food as the bar area gets too crowded with people ordering, paying and waiting for a tables We had a person who was a wheelchair user, very disappointed that we could not reserve a table, would of been happy to of left a deposit. On the day it was busy and our friend felt embarrassed and staff at first not overly willing to assist, ended up with another couple moving to assist us Not a good experience for them

Having previously been to a ‘lounge’ I had high hopes and I certainly wasn’t disappointed! Lovely food, very pleasant staff & reasonably priced. Love the gluten free options available, it’s nice to see such a wide range for once! Will certainly be returning in the future

Lovely place on Lark Lane. High quality food, especially love the fresh orange juice. Dog friendly, which many people use so be aware of you don't like dogs. No outdoor seating but on hot days the front of the building opens to let in a breeze

Lovely spot for food. Visited for brunch and there were so many options on the menu. The coffee was delicious. We had the buttermilk pancakes, twisted chicken club and a breakfast muffin. The food was cooked perfectly and so tasty. The pancakes were light and fluffy, the sandwich was one of the best I've had! To top it all off the staff were so friendly and attentive. Great location too close to the park with all the dogs around. 10/10
