Lovely quiet place, great friendly owners. Stayed here 5 nights with sound sleep and room made each day. Local to shops and takeaways etc within 5min walk. Will hopefully come back and stay again

If your looking for a comfortable and homely guest house, you can't go wrong with this place! 😊👌. Jim and Moe are very friendly and kind, they are very attentive and enjoy a good natter. My room was a single and was very comfortable. Breakfast was always served promptly and both owners were very accommodating. Book your next stay here you won't regret it all! 😊👍.

Spotlessly clean, beautiful rooms, Maureen and Jim are perfect hosts, location is perfect, free car parking, Great breakfast served.

We have stayed here lots of times it's been a while due to the restrictions so happy to be back home from home so we'll looked after, we go to Liverpool to see family and Maureen and Jim from Ashburton truly feel like family to us. Would definitely recommend this guest house and cannot wait to book in again

It's perfect for us. Have got to know the couple who run this place. We have been coming here at least 3 times a year to visit family nearby, for the last 7 years. I love it! So wonderful!

A most friendly and comfortable guest house. The room we were in was excellent for our needs. The full English breakfast was stupendous and satisfied us all day. Other dietary needs were accommodated with no fuss whatsoever. Maureen and Jimmy were excellent hosts. A place we will certainly go back to.

The accommodation was 100% very clean Maureen and Jim were very accommodating the breakfast was very nice aswell bed was comfortable Maureen and Jim are very friendly and nice people would definitely recommend to any one to stay there you won't go wrong be definitely be going back in the near future

Had an overnight stay here recently, only wish it had been longer, Moe and Jim are the perfect hosts, warm and friendly and make you feel as if you were one of the family, nothing was too much trouble, rooms are very well furnished, spotlessly clean and include everything you would need, added icing on the cake was Jim's amazing breakfast, not for the faint hearted! you will not be disappointed, definitely recommended.
