    Went in for a look around and to buy my mother an air frier, was followed around by 2 security guards, they never left my side even when stood still browsing. Decided to buy from Amazon instead, better price and don't get stalked and intimidated by security staff. Avoid this store, John Lewis is a better alternative in the city centre.

    Bought a tablet cover and screen protector but it was too big. They would not accept it back because it had been opened. So went to J27 currys who gave me my money back without any problems

    I would like to personally thank Luke for his assistance today. He very kindly went upstairs and got the item I was looking for. I was absolutely exhausted. He was a lovely young man. He was polite, professional and caring. Don't let this guy go he's a credit to your company and represents Currys well. Thank you Luke, keep doing what your doing 👏 👍 All the best for the future young man....

    The store wouldn't honour Curry's Price Match guarantee. First staff member said he was 'trying to help me' but couldn't due to the significant price match. Then spoke to online support who said they do match against the location, and that the store person was wrtong. Went back, and another team member said they couldn't as there was a slight difference in the other retailer's return policy. Once home I double checked and there was nothing on the Curry website about differing return policies affecting their Price Match policy. Very disappointing first time experience shopping here.

    Went into the shop to buy a Ninja air fryer- came out with it within 7 mins and that's with a credit agreement arranged. Staff are top notch, well trained and easy to deal with.👍

    Tried to return an item today, (12/3/22) but because I had opened it I was unable to? I was told the terms and conditions state, you can’t return things if they have been opened, and in all fairness it does say that on the bottom of the receipt, in very small letters though. How would you know if you need to return something or not, without opening it? Bit of a stupid rule. Seems as if I’m not the only person who think this.

    Terrible service, went in to buy a radio, when finally got a member if staffs attention was able to ask some questions about the product. They're "expert knowledge" consisted of looking at the tag, and then looking at the description on the website, however answered the questions, or so I thought. Got the radio home connected it up but couldn't find the functionality I was after. Bit of researching on the net and digging around finally found out that it didn't have the functionality and not fit for purpose. Looking at currys website says can return even if opened within 14 days, so back to the store I go. The return policy only applies if ordeed online even if collected from the store as it is in stock, if you happen to have been in store and purchased this no longer applies. The customer service agent lacked any semblance of the role being on robot repeating store policy says no, cometely patronising in their response. In essence never buy from the shop cheaper and better places online now, if you must even if you are in the shop do the click and collect on your phone and certainly don't trust their knowledge as they have none.

    Went to buy a lead for laptop. The shop assistant was patronising and rude. I think he adopted the attitude of 'these old people dont know anything'.And he was actually wrong in what he was saying, too. He was similarly blunt to the person he spoke to before us. Poor.

    For some unknown reason a member of staff not even part of the security decided to follow me and my partner around the entire store. We went upstairs he follows us upstairs and then when we came back down he followed us back down. On both floors every section we went he seemed to appear there too. Mad to think that in 2023 people from an Afro-Caribbean background are been profiled in stores🤷🏽‍♂️

    Went to get a phone case but they couldn't give it to me from the locked shelf, because the guy that was working in that section just went on a break. They legitimately told me that I need to wait for half an hour for the guy to finish his break and come back for me to get the case. In what world is that acceptable?

    Came in today on a whim hoping to purchase rechargeable battery packs for my games console, staff directed me straight towards said items and where friendly and welcoming of my NHS registered assistance dog. Store is immaculately clean and all staff where professional and well presented, thank you guys.

    It's exactly what you think it is, large store with items inside. I had a nice experience personally;after being given the run around by other companies. Can't believe how hard it was trying to get some stores to just set up a decent 12m sim contract and have me walk out with a sim card. Popped into Currys as I remembered they do contracts now and the young man in that section gave me exactly what I asked for, really simple. Up and running by the time I've gotten home, couldn't have asked for anything more in my instance.

    Prices on shelf don’t match prices scanned, staff too lazy to sort out. Can buy on Amazon for cheaper and have delivered by prime - why bother waiting at the till indefenitely for the staff to return?

    Great staff, way too complicated click and collect, more like "queue, scan, enter order, email wait, give name and collect" not slick - Could learn a thing or two from Toolstation/ Screwfix's click and collect. Good value and a good website.

    The staff just stood around, I waited for 15 minutes and still haven't got served so decided to leave and that's when they approached me. They were also trying to get me to buy the more expensive model of the galaxy watch when I was clear to which model I wanted.

    Very good staff,great services but each departmemt should be separate by signs and to know at who to to ask for a vacuum or a phone because they have different people each on his department,but its hard to figure out who is working where and where the department is separating.

    Awful. Went in on a Saturday, managed to find what I wanted after having to ask 2 staff because neither of them knew (it isn't a niche item!) And then ended up leaving anyway. We were stood in a queue of about 3 people at the till downstairs and there was no one serving. Literally no one. About 3 staff were wandering about the shop and could see the queue and no one came. This lasted for a good 5 minutes until I ditched it and went to Jessops over the road. Felt mugged off. Don't bother.

    Decided to buy a Ninja air fryer.. I was helped by a wonderful lady called Kelechi.. She was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable about the product and extended warranty and explained to me in detail what i should if a fault with the Ninja happen.... Would highly recommend buying here. 👍🏽

    Ordered item they had in stock, delivery agreed for Nov 30. Lovely! As soon as I had got other side of door glanced at receipt and realized a completely different delivery address had been input to the one I had clearly stated i.e. terrace NOT Court, LS7 NOT LS21. I naturally turned on my heels and was immediately directed to front desk. The young man completed the necessary adjustment, which took about 20 minutes, only then was it announced to me that promised delivery set by Veronica could no longer be held to for some reason. i was of course incredulous, but when he confirmed this was indeed the case I not unreasonably cancelled forthwith. (Crown Point Retail Park Leeds/Nov 19 approx 3:15pm

    Awful place! Went to collect my phone, queued at 'Collection Point' but others customers who were paying for their items right there and then were served and I was made to wait. After a while I went to the 'Repair' counter asking for advice on how to collect my phone as the staff at the 'Collection Point' were not serving me, the customer who was there to collect an item. The staff at the 'Repair' counter agreed to get my phone so that I could collect it but not before exchanging a smirk with one of her colleagues and rolling her eyes. Ridiculing customers seems to get them through the day :-(

    My son bought a very high spec gaming laptop was told his saved artwork etc would be transferred from his trade in to his new purchase... this process never took place even though he had paid for it, they couldn't retrieve the old laptop as he wanted to cancel the purchase to get his old laptop back due to five years of collage art work on there.. when me and his mother went down on his behalf to try and explain as he was now suffering with stress and anxiety due to his autism the two female staff very rudely laughed in our faces with very little to no respect for his condition. Poor service with rude and unhelpful staff avoid avoid avoid.

    I will never buy anything from Currys. I bought a TV on line paid for wall installation and brackets which was never done. It's a long story but I am taking them to small claims court. As a big company I'm even willing to pay legal fees and sue them. Full of negative people who know nothing about what they r doing from one point to another.

    Staff trying to upsell so badly. Manager so patronising you feel immediately bad for the staff who are having to push his up selling techniques. Maybe if they weren’t trying to push these ‘bonuses’ on people they would actually be able to help people.

    Saad and Moussa in the Leeds Albion Street store were wonderfully kind, understanding and helpful without any judgement. Their interactions with me were sincere and helpful. I had previous lovely advice from a worker there (possibly called Mark? Only remember that he wore a sunflower lanyard too) about what laptop would suit my needs best and helped me narrow it down to 2. Weeks later I came back to buy one of them and get final advice on which is better to purchase from a different staff member on the Monday Bank Holiday. I was passed onto Saad and Moussa who explained insurance to me and broke down the prices well, they also gave me a free Mcaffee 1 year antivirus. Unfortunately, the laptop wasn’t in stock in store other than for delivery for the Tuesday and pick up in store by Wednesday, the Crown Point Shopping Centre had 3 in stock and they were able to promptly get everything sorted and transferred so I could pick it up by getting a taxi there despite CP Curry’s closing shortly in 15 minutes. Everything was ready for me to sign and pick up and was handled by Tim/Tom at the Crown Point store, thank you!
