I ordered their Christmas Advent Calendar. It contained 24 items : 8 quite nice Pandora type charms, a bracelet that has now lost a link, a necklace, 2 pair of earrings of no real note, 6 identical green beads, 4 identical red beads and 2 clear beads. My wife asked me if I had paid more than £4.99 on the Market I had been robbed? I actually complained to Clear Crystal but they totally ignored me. My advice is avoid these people they are "Rogue Traders" in my opinion

I ordered 4 advent calendars and one box of Christmas crackers. 4 boxes of Christmas crackers arrived but no advent calendars. I immediately tried to contact the company but had no luck, either on the phone or by email. Fortunately, I had paid through PayPal and I got my money back and was told to keep the crackers. Poor way to conduct a business, avoid like the plague.

Their website advertisement said if you order by 20th December, you will receive delivery before Christmas. I ordered on the 20th December and received an email confirming the (two) orders. On the 21st December, I received an email with the tracking information for Whistl. No update after that so I waited but when I rang Whistl today (24th) they advised me Clear Crystal printed off a packing slips but Clear Crystal has not bothered to give the packages to Whistl yet. The Christmas crackers won't be any use now as they won't arrive until next week if at all considering Clear Crystal has yet to even post them. 2 emails sent and no reply I and tried Clear Crystal's phone number (premium) but there is no one answering the calls. Very poor and I would not recommend due to their false advertising. I wish I had seen the other reviews before ordering.

Ordered Christmas Crackers, no sign of them, no reply to email and I see their customer service phone lines are all Premium Numbers. So basically it is a scam to provide poor service and charge you a fortune when you call to enquire/complain.

Don't order from this company, the order i received was wrong i have tried to contact them by email and have been ignored everytime also the quality of the product received was nothing like advertised. Total rip off and no chance of a refund as company is totally unresponsive, don't bother phoning the premium rate helplines either as you are charged a fortune only to be told to email them

I love buying from here. Everything that you see on here is nothing like seeing them in real life. The pictures don't do them justice. Everything is beautifully made and well presented. Christmas I brought the Christmas crackers and my grandchildren love them and want me to buy some more ready for Christmas. I brought the mother's day set for my daughter. I can't wait to see her face when she sees her mother necklace. I will definitely be ordering many times and very soon as my autistic grandchildren love them.
