Pearson Ferrier only gets 1 star, because it isn't possible to give them zero stars...They are the most unprofessional group of people I have ever come across. They did not answer requests or complaints sent to them via email. They seem very polite and helpful, and they say they will take care of it...then months go by, and nothing!! Send them more emails..NOTHING!

Jay, as he calls himself, has been very rude and some what ignorant. Having tried to purchase a house, he just stoped all communication and never returns my calls even if Eleanor in the Bolton branch request he contacts me, I have never been rude or had any cross words, yet this is the way they deal with potential customers. I would not recommend this company should you be selling or buying. Jay did ask if I would pay him commission, even though I am the purchaser not the seller, this I did refuse to do, maybe this is why he will not talk to me?

It's easier to talk to the Queen at 3am than to talk to any of these guys. Won't be trying again

Very unhappy with service of this company having having let them rent out one of my properties. Multiple persons i have to deal with every time I ring thrm and have Tennant's ringing me dirdirec even though I asked this not to happen and have paid this company to deal with the clients they vet the lease the house. Would not recommend this company

Would not recommend After sending all the paper work to Michael Pearson at the Bury Branch, had no reply. Further communication was left with out response. I would not ask for their service again. Absolute time wasters

Not possible to give 0 stars so had to give one star. Have called 3 times to get a viewing on a property, sent requests via website too but despite each person taking my details multiple times not one call back and still no viewing. I wish I had read these reviews prior to trying to get in touch with them to be honest.

If the option 0 star was available I would have easily given 0 stars.The agency is terrible and has the poorest service you can find. The agency lie a lot and behave unprofessionally with their customers. Numerous times I had to call the agency to talk about my case and each time I have had to tell them the whole story and problem is because no one is aware despite my calls and I get told that they will call back, which till now I’m wondering if they just said that to me to brush me aside. My agent was OMAR ANWAR and he never answered my calls after I accepted the house offer. I felt as if he was the sellers agent at some point because we were helpless to listen to the sellers unless excuses. Me and my family were extremely stressed due to this case and our house mortgage was increased because our agent declined to even talk to the seller to convince them to move out of the house when the house resident stay was over. Extremely big liars and they pretend to sweet as sugar at first but once you agree to their house offers, they ignore you and pretend that they are busy dealing with other people’s cases I believe my problem would not have been solved if I didn’t contact their bury branch. The bury branch then contacted this Bolton branch and then they paid slight heed to my case. I advice everyone to stay away from this agency.

Worst service.. following up more thana month but no proper response.. donno are they really working or jus time passing

I will not recommend this agency to anyone,tow weeks after giving them all the paperwork and giving my current landlord notice to leave the property I am living in ect .... they said to me my application was not successful for no reason!!! I was dealing with Mr Simon Welsh he is very nice person,I don't know about the rest, if you want to be homeless go to Pearson ferrier Bolton.

Don't even consider this company. They lie soo much and failed to respond to our 7-8 emails phone calls and text messages, I personally had to visit their office in order to book an appointment to view the property, they kept making excuses. The whole experience has left me shock. Very unprofessional agency who doesn't even have customer service skills. Before helping customer help your staff first to not Stay Well clear! is my advice to anyone who is trying to in touch with them. The worst experience with this company!! provides wrong information. I do not recommend it!! Total loss of days.
