dreadful.
In
a
couple
of
paragraphs:
The
diabetes
centre
doesn't
have
a
manned
phone
line.
I'm
still
waiting
on
a
call
back,
for
a
call
I
made
in
2021,
chasing
up
an
appointment
that
the
hospital
cancelled
last
minute.
I
had
another
appointment
scheduled
for
tomorrow
(Nov
2023).
Call
me
paranoid,
but
I
wanted
to
double
check
it
was
on.
I
rang
the
diabetes
centre,
no
one
answered,
I
got
an
automated
response
telling
me
to
wait
for
a
call
back,
no
one
called
back
and
then
I
got
an
email
saying
my
appointment
had
been
cancelled,
less
than
16
hours
before
it
was
due
to
happen.
Thanks
guys!
Can't
wait
to
do
it
all
again
in
another
2
years,
you
useless
pack
of
clowns.
