Went in to have a link taken out of my new watch, got turned away from 3 Jewellers who said they couldn't do my brand of watch. Was no problem for the helpful staff in Leamington and the lovely lady who didn't charge me. It had been a bad day and this nice gesture cheered me right up .. first class service, will definitely recommend and use in the future..

Helpful, but no purchase today

Visited the store today in Leamington Spa to find a ring to remember a loved one who had passed away earlier this year. Josh was amazing. He was so friendly and welcomed myslef and my friends with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble for him.

Sophie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. The customer service we received from her was exceptional and made our shopping experience really enjoyable. We were shopping for a graduation gift and found the perfect gift thanks to Sophie

Excellent service by Carris (Leamington Branch). She was able to source both an Omega men’s watch and a ladies Mount Blanc watch seamlessly even though they were not stocked in her local branch. She kept me informed and up to speed, showing amazing professionalism and client focus, definitely great service with a smile. She is definitely a credit to Ernest Jones. A big thank you.

Bought a watch with money that was left by a grandparent, i took it back to ernest jones for a battery replacement 18 months ago. Since then its taken on water and they are quoting me £550 to fix it because it needs new hands due to rust. They are trying to place the blame on me as the user but it was supposed to be waterproof to 1000m and i dont go diving! the watch would have cost £250 to manufacture so the £550 to fix is beyond ridiculous! I will never shop in ernest jones every again and with i had bought my watch in Tustains jewellers in town as they would have offered much better customer service than this! from a Very upset customer

I got what I wanted and the lady was helpful to a degree but she wasn’t very attentive and it almost seemed like she didn’t care. If my wedding was further away I would have chosen somewhere else to go to be honest. Not the friendliest of staff in today. Shame as this was my first time going in. I doubt I’ll be in a rush to go back anytime soon.

Great experience today. I've been ill and had to get my partner something nice for her birthday. Josh was very helpful and has a good way with customers, even talked me into the extra cover for the piece which I'm sure I will never need, but I purchased 2 years cover anyway.
