Wonderful place that stocks a wide range of items whether for a hobby of yours or maybe a wedding! Very helpful and friendly staff too.

A creative place that provides a wide range of art and craft materials eg. knitting, cross-stitch, card making, building model airplanes, cooking and baking, etc. Also very reasonable and affordable all under one roof. Fun stuffs easily obtainable for Easter, Halloween and X'mas. Location is good with numerous parking spaces.

A very useful shop for arty & crafty people. Always plenty of stock, staff are pleasant but don't always know too much about what they are selling.

As always, staff were helpful, polite, and courteous. Unfortunately, they didn't have what I wanted, this time. But it was a long shot that they would. But I managed to buy something else! I will continue shopping there as and when crafty supplies are needed. Always worth a visit.

Brilliant Hadn't got the jars I wanted but done me a supper deal on the next size down. Very helpful. Will be visiting again very soon

A tired store, went in for cross stitch supplies which were limited in stock. We went rather than shop online to support local shops but wasted time and fuel money. Online wins again

Good but EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE. I wanted to get some POSCA pens, but they were too expensive, so I ended up buying the posca pens on ebay because it is cheaper

Really disappointed at the price difference of buying this kit in store as apposed to a well know online delivery store. I love a stroll around hobbycraft and when I saw this had to buy it. When I got home I checked if there where any others in this range and surprised to find that I could have got this kit for almost £14 cheaper. I expect a little price difference but £14. That's outrageous!

I try to avoid this shop if I can down to the lazy staff. (Cambridge, Newmarket rd) 2 older ladies working there just chatting away, I asked whether they can show me where to find art fineliner pens, she said check with the other pens and rulers etc upstairs, and then they continued to chat about irreverent things. Had a look and weren’t there as I was requiring Artist ones. Asked another lady upstairs and she said they be downstairs somewhere, like given no direction of where could be. Lazy staff couldn’t be bothered to help me look or give me an idea where they are. Went to tills and asked whether there’s fine liners and the girl pointed over and found a multipack which will do. Staff are unhelpful and never feel satisfied after shopping there

Great store for anyone who is taken by the crafting hobby. This store offers two floors with a wide range of products to tempt you with.

Great variety of materials and tools covering many home skills and crafting requirements. Perfect place to go when you need to tough and feel the items or when online isn't fast enough.

i was dissopointed to see how much the papercraft section had shrunk and how little choice there was compared with many previous visits in the past .However i did pick up some lovely things and is still really good value . And the staff as allways polite and friendly . Sharon Clarke

Brilliant for crafters of all ages. Pricey, but if your after specific items it is handy. Staff are really helpful. Disabled parking right outside the door and a in store lift to assist to upper floor.

Great store this one. Light and airy plenty of choice for product and dome good offers. Parking is convenient and free right outside the store. Staff are generally helpful too.

Needed 2part clear resin to make a plaque,one treasured photograph ,when finished will be mounted on the memorial headstone. Hobbycraft delivered the goods,fantastic service

Everything and I mean everything you need to do with arts and crafts and alot more besides. Not over expensive. Some great ideas for Christmas presents especially for the creative.

We visited here one Sunday afternoon to get some art supplies for my neice. All the shelves were well stocked and tidy. We were able to get everything on the shopping list and more including sewing machine oil. I asked a member of staff to help me locate this item and she guided me straight to it. We took mum in her wheelchair. The store was quite difficult to manoeuvre around with the wheelchair, but we managed it. The car park was extremely busy. It may be quieter during the week.

I love this place and so does my crochet mad 14 year old. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. They have good deals on too

Love this place! Unfortunately it is a bit pricey but my daughter and I still enjoy going and buying some arts & crafts supplies from there.

Shopping for craft stuff does my head in but my daughter absolutely loves this shop so how can I say no???? Lol seriously though everything she needs for crafting is in this shop they have everything covered and every season it seems.....I mean come on Halloween 🎃 and Xmas stuff already in the height of summer though 🤷‍♀️lol xxxxxxxxxxxxx

I have been in a few hobbycraft shops and considering its location in a big city, it appeared relatively small inside. They had everything in there though, just did not appear as spacious to the like of maybe the Stevenage store for example, a little cramped. Great store though guys.

I had a lovely experience here! Staff were kind and helpful. The lady at the till even had management adjust a price for me that was only available for a product online (the sale was for a set of six and she adjusted the price so it was the same for two sets of three)! The sales and rewards program are great too. I will be coming back for all my crafting needs!

Seem to have a large selection. Sadly it is cluttered and the layout is poor. Only saw two staff and it was busy so no surprise that there were trolleys of stock waiting to be put away. My only interaction was at the till where the girl barely spoke but managed to continually chew gum with her mouth open. Such a shame as great potential for a store.
