    I've been going to specsavers for quite a few years now and found them to be brilliant. Last Sunday I took my 12 year old sun who has several learning difficulties and adjusting problems when we arrived he wear helped well beyond I could ask for they help pick the right glasses and they took the time to lissen to my suns needs and supporting with his choice the fitting service was outstanding they had to adjust so many times to get the perfect fit nothing was to much for them I can't recommend swansea specsavers enough the staff was so polite and friendly best service ive ever had so happy they put my sun at ease they made his smile 5 star service

    A pleasant and easy experience from start to finish. There's a huge choice of glasses to choose from. The staff were amazing and really helpful.

    How amazing Specsavers were today (22/4/23) although Im a customer I needed an urgent health check on my eye. They were so thorough and helpful. They arranged further check/treatment by appointment next day at the hospital, to be on the safe side. I cant praise the staff and particulary the two opticians who saw me, highly enough.Thankyou.

    First time at this branch and wow, what amazing staff, so attentive and pleasant. I was there for some time trying glasses on and couldn't help but hear how lovely they all are with customers. A lady called Zoe seen to me and she couldn't be more helpful.

    This is the second time we have used Specsaves on The kings way, the first time they squeezed us in when our actual opticians made us wait for half an hour to only be told they couldn't see us and go to A&E, the second time the lady did her very best to squeeze us in again and even managed to coax a very reluctant 4 year, both times we have been met with exemplary customer services, excellent professional opticians and genuine smiling faces. This will definitely be our families opticians going forward. Fantastic Service!! Well done to all that work there.

    Amazing and helpful staff. I broke my old glasses and was in a desperate need of new ones, so desperate I had to bring my nearly 2yo into the store to ‘help’ me pick my new ones. The staff were amazing a lady called Florence helped me pick me glasses as without her honesty and help I wouldn’t have been able to see what suited me she was fab! Also another lady called Lois helped keep my little girl entertained and also stopped her wrecking the store. They were both incredibly helpful and without them I would have been lost! Cannot fault any of them.

    As usual the friendliness and efficiency of everyone I interacted with was top notch. I had my glasses posted to me so that took several working days but that was expected. No problem with the glasses on receipt

    I went to pick up my new spectacles this afternoon, on arrival store manager greeted me and directed me to sit and wait for my glasses to be tested before leaving the store. I was called by a young lady called Ellie who dealt with me very professional and made me feel wanted and welcomed in the store with a very open friendly manner. Towards the end of the intervention it come to my attention Ellie has only been working for the organisation for 4 months. Specsavers you have a fabulous member of staff who treats customers with the utmost respect and care. And because of this I purchased a 3rd pair of glasses. WELL DONE ELLIE!! A********

    Was happily using them since arriving over in Swansea though after 2001noticed my glasses were constantly coming apart I’d tried replacement ones though they weren’t quite right after going in a different options I’d decided to stick with new company as they found two large infection in both eyes . Was issued far better quality frames from the designer prescription and won’t be BACK ever again as they take the payment easier though have gone completely unexceptable non exisant concapared to more affordable option as I’d had to pay towards the £180 Set of Tommy Hikfiger frames with reacting lens for extreme sun light . Far better build and dramatic effect from original glass handed out fax

    Brought my grandson in for 1st ever test Friday and back on Monday for drops and glasses. Absolutely fantastic with my grandson , 2 members of staff even pretended to give each other the drops to help calm and reasure my grandson who was scared of them. Cannot fault them in any way , this is where my grandchildren will be going if needed in the future . *****

    Excellent system from first contact with the Company (I sorted out an appointment online), then the appointment and eye examination and tests themselves, through to choosing new frames, paying, then - within a couple of weeks - picking up (after Specsavers checked everything) my new glasses! First class from beginning to end! P.S. if I did have a "problem" it was that when choosing new frames, once I took off my own glasses, I couldn't see properly to know whether the frames I'd chosen suited me or not, even though an assistant did check when the frames were on my nose, and said they looked great! Yes, now I have the new glasses they do look great, but it's just that IF I could have been able to see the wider range of frames on my face, I might have chosen something that wasn't identical to my previous frames!

    I have visited specsavers twice in the last few months and have to say it’s the best one I have visited . I have previously used other stores but since moving to Swansea, I have had the best customer service and attention from this store . I had difficulty choosing my glasses and I had a young lady helping me , she was so kind, and attentive and spent the time with me without rushing me along, she was also helping a family at the same time , I think her name was Lauren. I will be back in a few weeks for my sunglasses and will be asking for her again .

    Had a appointment today specsavers were absolutely brilliant 👏 the male opthamologist was really on the ball very switched on and considering it was near the end of the day he was really engaging he helped me no end. Really Sad to say but I actually feel more trusting of what specsaver say than what the hospital told me. Perhaps specsavers were better at explaining my situation and I shouldn't be harsh on the hospital. Feel I have the answers I have been waiting 3 years to get fr the hospital via specsavers. You've made me happy and I don't do happy.

    Fab glasses with a thorough eye examination. Aftercare email on FAQ's a great help as was initially having difficulty adjusting to new lens even though been a wearer of varifocals for a few years. Solved my problem. Many thanks

    Standards have really slipped here. First off I had my Standard eye test and glasses needed changing. After picking up my glasses I found the vision was way out of focus. After a week I went back only to be told the prescription was way out. Another test needed and another wait for glasses to be done. You wait on the sitting area sometimes half an hour with no customers sitting at the desks, just staff walking about. Phone are ringing constantly with no one answering them (I've been on the phone waiting for them too). Shortly after, I ordered my contact lenses as normal. After a week of waiting. I called to check. Only to find out the order slip had been filed in "collected box" therfore had not even been ordered. Seems to have slipped big time. Don't seem to have a clue what they doing anymore and it's very unprofessional. After years of being here. Will be switching.

    All the spec savers I’ve attended have been great but I’ve been going to swansea kings way branch for a few years and their service is outstanding for considering how busy they are they are always customer focused and professional seen Mike the optician and the female manager name begins with M so pleasant and informative she had to put up with one arrogant customer that I witnessed today and kept very calm and professional will continue with this branch as their all friendly and efficient

    Went yesterday with my granddaughter we were late in being seen but that couldn't be helped but the optician is fantastic, my girl was so nervous but he was so kind explaining things to her, same optician saw my grandson couple of months ago and was exactly the same. Well done and thank you, can't remember his name, but think it ends in berg. Thank you again
