A refurbished waitrose, with a fresh sushi counter, a meat counter and a fish counter. A dry aged area with a display case to view the meat. Lots of different breads. A large alcohol section. A John lewis area at the end of the store with a selection of homeware. A cafe. A community area available for hire, free to use for organisations but needs booking in advance. Plenty of parking outside, even at weekends. Definitely an upgrade from the usual, and worth a visit.

We were very disappointed that a meal offer was not only advertised at the store entrance, on every table and on the overhead, but that we were told that it was impossible to received it, as the tills could not process it! Could we please pay the full amount? Only after refusing to do so and insisting on receiving the advertised offer, did the supervisor authorise the payment! Not what you would expect from Waitrose. Just had a fabulous visit to Waitrose!! After the revamp everything looks gorgeous - clean, modern and bright. Staff as friendly and helpful as ever! I was blown away by the new cafe - could be visiting every day! Well done Waitrose, a triumph! 👍😊

Lovely large story, bright, sunny, stylish, well laid out,good choice of fresh produce, always find something different. And we’re lucky to have the aged meat chiller displaying gorgeous chunks of meat. The dry aged meat is the best in any supermarket. Goes without saying, prices are a little higher but still, it’s my go-to choice for quality produce and a pleasant experience.

Victoria on click and collect was amazing. She 'its on us' a miniature care bear for both my girls who waited patiently and were cuddling each other. She got down and spoke with my girls and was do friendly. This gesture we will never forget, was so kind and thoughtful.

This is a great shop with everything week set out with plenty of space around the whole shop. The food is brilliant with lots of choice. The cafe is excellent and week worth a visit. The service was brilliant and the staff friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking spaces with disabled parking.

Great team members very impressive, especially Denise who went that extra mile literally to help me find a product I couldn’t find. Denise was very friendly bubbly and very helpful. The store looks amazingly clean, fresh and tidy. Well done Waitrose.

Bit expensive..can't near the reduced stall becouse ov OAPS looking at everything, then not buying anything..always good quality produce tho.

Service was fine but the food wasn't what was expected. Really basic food, just like Morrisons cafe but nearly double the price. Also, who doesn't serve chips with a burger? Probably should change that. Because £5.75 for one burger is kind of disappointing.

Ever since the new restaurant opened we have almost made it a weakly visit. Good food and drink. Staff are always very friendly and nothing is to much trouble. One week I spilled over a whole mug of tea. A friendly member of staff came out and asked if I was ok cleaned the table up and the floor area and said politely that I could move to another table. Well impressed.

A great range of products, plus of course, the best supermarket sushi there is!

Shopping here because so many other supermarkets are without stock. Quality is always good on their own products and their prices are now only slightly higher than Tesco, Sainsbury etc.

Not enough checkout tills open - you are directed to the self-service tills. A lot of of empty spaces on the shelves. The cafe is reasonably priced

Great store and choice of products. Great meat counter and fish counter. It's definitely worth going to for shopping.

Always love shopping at Waitrose, their own essentials line are good quality and value plus there's always deals going.
