Me and my girlfriend decided to try our first taco bell today, quick look at the reviews were not promising but we went anyway. Everything was delicious and we was both happy with the cost and portion size. Staff were pleasant and the food was cooked fast. Glad I'm writing a good review because there was alot of bad ones. We will be back for sure.

Food was excellent as always, but there needs to be more staff or more organisation maybe, 15 minute wait at the drive through, despite just 2 cars in the queue. Wrong order, missing the nacho cheese once corrected.. Not a great experience this time, but I will give them another chance.

The only star is for the poor girl at reception was new and was left to her own devices by the manager on the day, on her first day. The food was utterly poor. Next to no meat in it, only some tomato chunks thrown in. The manager’s answer to this was “it never looks like it does on the pictures”.

Great place . There are some people that think it's a fast food place 'it's NOT'. Enjoying fresh made food to order doesn't always arrive fast. Yes there may be a wait at times when it's busy but that's because people enjoy the food and come back for more. Just saying! Be be kind it costs nothing!

Not sure what was colder, the food or the stare i got from one of the staff members. Was the 3 kilo's of lettuce in the taco really necessary , could feed a family of 5 snails for months on that. Only time i felt happy in this place was on the way out. Husband's been following through for the last 2 hours, said he'd rather have his balls chopped off. As for the music, i bet a steak has better taste, and im vegan

Now I like Taco Bell more than any other fast food places but here it is hit and miss. The syrup is way to weak in the pepsi max it tastes so watered down. This is always the case when I come here. Service was quick which was nice. The chicken tenders were let's say were desperately struggling for moisture? The crunchwrap supreme never dissapoints, fries were nice and hot. Rice needs more flavour like a veggie stock or some black pepper it's a bit too bland for what you'd expect from Taco Bell

We dropped into the Rhodesia Taco Bell today for lunch, hopeful that the internet reputation that it has is undeserved, and to a large extent, it was, and we were all fed and relatively satisfied when we left. That said: Our table was dirty (as was all the glass here - this place was in need of some windolene), we had to ask for napkins (which were tiny) and clean it ourselves. One of our party wanted tap water, but the ice-machine was broken: the (very friendly) staff offered a bottle of water, without charge, instead. As has been my experience with fast-food lately, the staff were the best part of the experience. The kids had a taco and a baby quesadilla: the quesadilla was ok, but the taco was more lettuce than anything else. I had a "Volcano Buritto" box, which had a buritto (with no heat at all, despite the volcano moniker) which was not too filled, mostly melted cheap cheese, a taco which was more lettuce than anything else, some fries (which were pretty decent, the kids loved the fries with the cheese sauce) and some churros, which the kids liked. - cleanliness, the burrito, the taco + the staff, the fries

We looked at the reviews before ordering but still decided to give it a try. Firstly the staff are friendly and pleasant, no issues there, the wait isn't an issue, we'd rather wait for fresh food than getting old food instantly, refillable drinks is a good perk to coming here. Finally the food, burritos were satisfactory, expected more spice and disappointed not to get at least a tingle, fries were over seasoned, it was like licking an empty cheesy doritos packet. We'll be back to try more of the menu but not be rushing back. Hopefully they read these reviews and our next visit will be 5* 😊

Ordered black beans instead of beef and they put it through correctly on the receipt but I received beef.

If you want a taco, tacobell might be the obvious place to go. There's tacos everywhere, behind the tills, in the bins, even in the toilets. Highly recommended for taco fans... Taco is also an inuendo apparently😲

Food was mostly cold .. fries and a couple of the wraps .. one chicken wrap was hardly any filling . Quesadilla was nice nice flavour but same lacking filling. The extra sides of cheese sauce where tasteless and almost watery and such a tiny amount in a pot so not enough to really dip anything into it . Sour cream was nice creamy but very small in the serving you pay for definitely not worth it. Wouldn't return unfortunately 😕

Never been to a taco bell before. Food was very nice but cold not sure if that is how its ment to be. Cleanliness was a little laps for our liking, for on the floor tables not cleaned and people with their shoes on the tables but nothing was said. We enjoyed the for and except that they may have just had a very busy period.

The left hand self service machine had been out of order for maybe 8 months now. Yesterday the right one too. Indoor service is a long second fiddle to the drive through for speed. Nice food

Very friendly and helpful. I'm not savvy on the self order machine, so the server helped me after i described what food i wanted. Food was very nice, hot and served in a timely manner.

Our first UK taco bell.... lovely hot food. Quickly delivered. We ate inside, the inside area was spotless clean and tidy.... The food was .. as per the pictures.. a great experience. We will be back...

Taco Bell at is just off the A57 outside Worksop, close to 2 main shopping stores Asda and Sainsbury. Eating in, drive thru and online deliveries are all available here. Along with other fastfood outlets in the same location. The outlet itself was very modern looking and clean. Seating inside for around 30 people on the ground floor level. 2 touch screens inside to place your orders or you can go retro and order direct at the counter. Food arrived in under 10mins as it wasn't very busy on the Saturday evening at 6pm. The food was hot and tasty. Staff were well presented and polite and busy at all times. On this visit we had the Volcano Burrito meal and Chicken Quesadilla meal. Both came with spicy fries and very tasty. There is plenty of parking spaces available and disabled is right outside the door. Access to the venue is via a push/pull door so may cause some hindrance for pushchair or disabled users. Toilets are also on the ground floor which were clean and tidy. If this review was informative enough for you give it a thumbs up or like to let other know about the place.

Back when this place first opened it was pretty awful to be honest, but they've really turned it around. The gent at the drive thru was clear, very polite and generally very pleasant, the food was all there, and all really nice. Great to see the place back up to the quality that made me fall in love with taco Bell

Food was good Staff stood around not doing alot apart from gossiping. Refillable drinks stand filthy. Tables uncleared also dirty. 1 other couple sat eating so wasn't busy. No excuse for poor cleanliness.

Absolutely disgusting. Members of staff were eating while cooking food and didn’t change their gloves. Rubbish and dirt all over the floor, no clean tables. Took over 45 minutes for us to get our food. My partner got food poisoning from their chicken, the chicken was raw and pink, and has spent his 30th birthday in bed. Reporting this to their head office and the council. Needs shutting down or proper management! Travel the extra distance to Sheffield instead!

Visited the Worksop Taco Bell for the first time as it’s not long been there , had the volcano burrito meal which was nice, a bit tight in the fries & the taco I ordered had loads of salad at the top & small amount of meat in the bottom , staff were nice enough, few of the tables needed cleaned but there was only a few customers in eating , would go again

This was absolutely shocking. I ordered a party box and meal for 4 they were all thrown into 1 bag with no boxes so grease ran out all over my car . On getting it home I picked up the bag and everything fell out of the bottom. The bits I could rescue were swimming in grease and inedible The grease had even run into the churros I cannot believe this cost £38 and we couldn’t eat anything if there were 4 teaspoons of minced beef in the whole meal for 4 it would be a miracle. Shocking shocking shocking I have had Taco Bell lots of times from other areas and always good this was complete and utter S**T

Ordered food on the screen, wasnt no busier than I have seen it before. Sat and waited 30 minutes, went up to counter and asked how long food was going to be as we were on our lunch break and had to leave very soon. They said food was taking 25-30 minutes (would have been nice to have been informed of that when we arrived) Which we had already waited. To then find out that our food was probably going to be another 30-40 minutes as our order wasn’t even near the top of the order screen. Requested a refund to which we where given but no apology from the manager or any member of staff. Or even an attempt to make it right. Wont be returning would rather travel to a different store where u can actually get food in under an hour.

had the classic cravings family meal for 4, and it was the perfect size. everything was hot and delicious, we weren’t expecting the world but we were all over the moon - eating with huge grins on our faces. only giving 4 stars because we had to wait half an hour, because there were only three staff on. the poor girl who served us was doing an amazing job but was trying so hard to hide how stressed she was. it’s not nice to see young folks being treated this way - taco bell please hire some more staff and pay them a better wage!! they deserve it.
