    Worst customer communications and items I have ever experienced, Jura Watches operating through CW Sellors. A watch bought for my partner’s 40th has spent more time in the repairs department than on his arm in the first 18 months of owning, with three returns for the same condensation problem below (would you have this watch for £400 with a recurrent condensation issue?). Countless attempts to contact by phone and email, with no replies, no response to requests for call backs, or the provision of repair reports. I have no trust in this watch or this company. The company are now trying to decline a refund nearly 6 months ago giving inaccurate information about the fault with this watch.

    What a shame, this used to be a good company with an excellent selecction of watches and quick delivery. Now they claimed to have stock of a lovely Ball Brand watch and even stated that the watch was in stock and would be delivered within 1-2 days. Then, silence followed by a week chasing for an ETA to be told that the watch was not in stock and had to be ordered from Ball and would be a further 2 weeks (no actual date). cancellation was similarly fraught, with repeated calls being required, no call-back ever and a further 2 weeks for a refund! I would strongly advise that you look elsewhere.

    Terrible service, quite possibly the worst company I've ever dealt with. I placed an order that was showing as in stock on the website. When the delivery day arrived and the watch didn't show up I contacted Jura watches, only to be told that the watch is on back order from the suppliers. I therefore requested a refund. I had to chase on 3 separate occasions to get them to process my refund. Each time they promised it would be done and it wasn't. The lack of communication and disregard for their customers is shocking. They will happily lie to get you to place an order and once they have your money you will struggle to get it back. I have no idea how they are still allowed to trade (there are multiple other reviews similar to mine..)

    Terrible and inconsistent customer service. I ordered a strap for my watch over a month and a half ago. They said it was not in stock and had to be ordered from the brand. As of yet, I have not been informed about my order, other than one reply saying they are still waiting for an update themselves. More often than not they won't even reply to my requests, let alone provide a useful answer. Even the one (seemingly) helpful rep, Haney, told me she would keep me posted but that, too, did not happen. Will be asking for a refund soon...

    Ordered a Seiko Presage from Jura Watches, but it was unfortunately out of stock at the time of purchase. Hany contacted me and said they'll order directly from Seiko and keep me up to date on when the timepiece will be delivered. This is an example of exemplary customer service and means I'll definitely continue to do business with Jura Watches. Edit: keeping the 5 🌟 they confirmed they ordered my watch directly from Seiko and gave me a date it will arrive. Amazing service! Extra Edit: Item was delivered 2 days early. Can't get better than that!

    Really easy experience and wonderful customer service. The watch I bought arrived really promptly and it was purchased at an unbeatable price. Through the chat, Luke provided fantastic customer service for an after-purchase question/request I had. Very happy with this seller and can happily recommend.

    I have bought a few watches recently from Jura and Josh Williams in sales has been amazing helping me with these, the company is excellent, huge range of luxury and designer brands and great website. The watches are presented very well. From sales enquiries through to placing your order , quality checking, and delivery is very smooth experience, excellent customer services too 😀

    Great site and has become my go to place for watch purchases, given their pricing and efficiency. Latest purchase, I have been dealing with Hope, who has been great. Informative, helpful, thorough and follows up on exactly what she says she will do. Can not recommend enough!

    Jura has made my purchasing experience truly wonderful. I was initially hesitant to purchase such an expensive item online but the team was friendly and assuring. My item came the next day. But most importantly, I found out my watch was available for cheaper on another site a week after purchase and they offered to partially refund me. I really appreciate that as it meant that they stood by their price guarantee. Special thank you to Hope for her wonderful service. She made the process of refund quick and simple along with a pleasant attitude. 5 stars for sure.

    I recently ordered a Fortis F43 Triple GMT. I made a couple of calls to Jura regarding delivery times and was kept up to date on the proceedings. After receiving the watch, I realized that the free gift was not included in the shipment. I made a quick call to Jura and was informed that the item was temporarily out of stock and would be sent asap. It arrived as promised a short time after, so full marks for the quick response. Also, I had trouble finding the watch documentation. However after a couple of "e" mails to a very helpful Hope Goodall, I managed to locate the items in a concealed compartment in the watch packaging. Thank you Hope for your patience. I'm very pleased with the watch and the customer service I received for Jura watches.

    First class service. I added a watch I was considering buying to my basket though I was unsure if it was within my budget so I left it to think on. I had received a call saying they could do me an even better price so with the help from Luke I purchased this great timepiece. The fast communication and overall service from Luke was great and I would definitely recommend this family run business.

    Wanted a new watch and decided to sell a little used Tag model. Had an offer after a few days - cash or as a trade in (went for trade in). Posted the watch in and the trade in was confirmed on the day. That was then used to buy my new watch later on that day at Jura Watches. Great service, fast turnaround. I suppose I could have gone the eBay route but this was a fair price and a safer option in not getting scammed.

    Great Customer Service and Communication!! I have bought a Hamilton automatic watch one and a half months ago and there was a manufacturer fault on the strap. I called customer service and Hope helped and informed me regarding the process. She did not say only “sorry” like many brand’s customer service adviser, she explained every possible scenarios in terms of the repair process. The watch was sent to Hamilton technical service out of the UK. Kim and Surita who works at repair department kept me up to date about the repair process. The repair took around a month to complete and I was wondering my watch that is why I called customer and repair departments a few times and they patiently answered my questions. Eventually, I reunited my watch a few days ago. In addition, I called customer service one day before I got my watch but there was an issue on their phone system and could not contact. Day after, Lee who works at customer service called me twice to say sorry about the technical issue. She explained everything about the issue and apologized again. That was very thoughtful and kind approach. I really appreciate all people named above and their colleagues, it was a great experience for me. I absolutely recommend this company.

    Too late for me to review the customer service related feedback. Received a tracking details for Royal Mail, which has not been updating for the last 8 days for reasons beyond my imagination. I regret to have ordered from Jura watches, without knowing their level of service. I wish if they can refund my payment.

    I ordered a watch, which was delivered super speedy! But I decided I wanted the slightly different one. I spoke with Neil in custom services to make sure I could return the watch I had and get an exchange for the ever so slightly different one. He went above and beyond to make sure the new watch was with me as quickly as possible, I got a prepaid returns label within 10 mins of filling in the returns form! I also got an email from Neil letting me know my returned watch had arrived and he had processed the exchange for me. My new new watch arrived today only 2 days after contacting customer services! Thank you. Jura watches had my watch at the best price I could find so all in all a happy customer.

    Have shopped at Jura watches before, and will continue shopping there as they have a great selection of watches and the customer service I receive in outstanding. There prices are unbeatable as they price match plus a little extra off on top. Ellis who I personally met in the Whitby store spent time showing me some excellent seikos even though I said I wouldn't be buying today, still took the time to tell me all about the watches, fantastic service. I received my most recent purchase, a seiko panda dial chronograph in excellent time and couldn't be more pleased, Thank you Ellis and the Jura team. Jason

    Ordered the Frederique Constant Manufacture on Saturday 20 Nov 21 and immediately received a confirmation email as well as a delivery timescale email. Received a dispatch email on Monday Nov 21 and received the watch on the Wednesday. I can recommend highly Jura Watches for the celerity and relevant updates reference the transaction. The watch is also a cracker.

    I have ordered online for a Garmin Fenix Pro Solar watch to be delivered in New Zealand. It would be nice to see how the watch fits on my wrist if there was an online version of "live fitting simulation". Although they have option to measure your wrist diameter and resize the band strap before online check out. I was so paranoid because I don't usually order via online especially at this price. I have contacted the customer service for updates and at all times they are professional, informative, reassuring and very prompt to respond (within 24hours). I received my watch in a well padded package and in mint condition. I was expecting a more decent wrap (gift/company wrapping) as specified on the online checkout. This is less important however worth noting for customers wanting to order gifts locally or overseas. The delivery was within the timeframe 10business days from UK to NZ as I opted for the regular delivery. The end delivery guy did not asked for a signature though upon delivery and left the package in the doorstep which I find it doubting. The online trace and track have rooms for improvement by having a text message update if online update were not current. This gives a heads up for the day of delivery. For high purchases it seems to be more prudent to do so. Overall, the product is within standards and met my expectations; and the customer service is well executed with minimal rooms to improve.

    Really impressed by the service offered, especially Fin. I had seen the watch I had been looking for on a separate website for a cheaper price and contacted the company. I received an email very quickly with an offer. Jura Wacthes offer a range of flexible payment services and the watch arrived in a timely manner. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough and I will certainly use them when I look for my next watch. Thank you so much

    Very friendly and helpful team. My new watch arrived on-time. I did have a couple of questions following my purchase. Ellis was more than happy to assist me - in a very polite manner. It's great to receive such a five-star service, not only at the point-of-sale, but on-going during after-care as well. This place is definitely my new 'go-to' when it comes to watches! Thanks again.

    Completely over the moon with Jura Watches service. This is my first 'proper' watch and their level of service, communication and professionalism is outstanding. I couldn't recommend them enough. Case in point. When going through the checkout I thought I had chosen my FREE gift, but when my watch turned up (special delivery and gift wrapped) it wasn't in the (beautiful) box. Completely my fault, but a quick call to the very helpful customer service and it was in the post and delivered to me the very next day at no extra cost. That, is amazing service. If you are thinking of buying a watch and Jura stocks it, I would absolutely recommend buying with confidence from them. I know I will be in the future.
