I received a phone call saying there is a job vacancy, on the phone they said it will be 8-5 Monday-Friday, paid on Fridays all that good stuff but you need to do training first to start work it will take a week. Turns out there is no job at all they just send you on a government funded course for week then nothing. They even said on the phone we will let the job centre know you’ve attended (implicating you need to attend) but the job centre advised me against going because even they know it’s bodge. If you really need work avoid this.

Recently used Baltic Recruitment and can honestly say its the best agency I've used. Caitlyn has been so helpful finding employment for me. She is very approachable and replies back to emails and texts promptly. I have always been paid on time with no issues at all.

Never contact these guys before but since my CV went online I've been contacted every month for the last three months asking if I need work. Each time I say, thank you but not at present. We agreed I would contact them if I needed work at any point and I was assured they'd update their system, today though I received another call asking if I need work. One hand I really appreciate been contacted because if I was in need of work they are without doubt a lifeline to a job and I would certainly contact them in future should the need arise. On the other hand when I keep repeating the same thing and I'm assured their file would be update, well it gets a little frustrating.

Just get you to go on a course promise you that they will be jobs and an induction the week after no inductions no jobs just want the money off the government will contact you every day while you are on your course as soon as the course finishes you hear nothing happened twice to me now don't bother a waste of time and effort

Made a call to this agency, told they have work for me and can I go on Monday to sign up. Turn up in Middlesbrough to find I'm on a 5 day training course. Having done my research on these courses, the government pays agencies like Baltic Recruitment to put these courses on to uptrain basic workers. I told them I already have an NVQ level 3 so this level of training isn't needed and get told just to finish so I can get into work quickly plus I will get paid £20 per day to complete the course. Having completed the course I then had to chase the agency to take my bank details and was then told I will be contacted soon by a different department about work. 2 weeks later and still not one call from the agency. Avoid at all costs as they are using people to get paid by the government to run these courses. Disgrace of an agency

The worst recruitment agency ever! Asked me for overtime and I said no, I can't. They still booked me in, so I been in list, but didn't show up at work. I am single mom and after couple times like that, I got fired. Avoid this agency! Don't paid holidays payment what I earned and don't send me mine p45 form.
