Due to a family emergency, I was in town, and decided I needed a refresh for my hair. I called around to a few other salons; however, they were all booked. My last call was to R Salon, and not only do they have the most wonderful customer service, but they had compassion and understood my urgency. I spoke to Cindy who connected me with Jae. I absolutely love Jae's work! She did an excellent job! If it weren't for the fact that I live overseas, I would absolutely be a repeat customer! If you're looking for someone who is compassionate, and will honor your styling requests, go with Jae! Thanks again R Salon, y'all are my go-to salon next time I'm in Puyallup! R Salon would not be complete without Jae and I could not have imagined a better experience.

We go and see Tori, shes awesome. She cuts not only my hair, but my husbands and daughters too. Great service, great prices, great hairstylist and salon. She also colors my hair for me, and she does an amazing job with such a tricky/risky color!

My first time today at this salon after a failed haircut earlier in the day and I'm beyond impressed!!! I'm ecstatic I found my new go to Hairdresser, shoutout to Sophea for giving me the wolf hair cut of my dreams! She styled me and my daughter to my exact specifications and I left there looking and feeling amazing!!! Jae cut and straightened my hair. She was super friendly and did an amazing job. So excited I found her. Will definitely be coming back!!!!

Just got my hair cut and colored by their new stylist...needless to say I won't be going back. For 1 she is super rough and went a bit shorter than i would have liked but that is what it is. When she was finished coloring and cutting my hair she started to straighten my hair and the went curly. I thought nothing of it until today when I straightened my hair and noticed that one side is considerable shorter. I have a big week this week and will be wearing my hair in a ponytail until it grows out enough to get it fixed. What a waste of my money. The only reason that I'm not giving a 1 star is because Cindy did my mother in laws hair and she was so amazing. I actually wanted her to do it but was in a time crunch and she wasn't available.

I've been going here for years and absolutely love how friendly everyone is and how good they are at what they do. My main stylist is Jenny and she does an amazing job on my hair. I have thick, coarse, naturally curly hair and get the Brazilian blowout every three months. It's a night and day difference when she's done. Aside from her elite skills, she's fun to talk to and always has something interesting to tall about. I think their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend R Salon and Jenny!! I don't have the before pics, but picture a frizzy coarse rat's nest that would make you assume I was homeless if I were holding a empty coffee cup.

Great staff, awesome hair styles and items to buy. I purchased some hemp hand and body cream that is some of the best I have ever bought. With the summer heat, my skin has really become dry. After trying this lotion, it stopped the itching, dryness and the appearance of damaged skin that the sun gives.

Have solicited the service for 24 years....thru three sales....GREAT PLACE FOR STYLE
