    Service was terrible. The workers were rude and slow...... we were the only ones there. We were completely ignored and when we let them know your ordering screens were not allowing us to place our order, cause thsts our job as customers now is to place our own orders......they acted so annoyed. It's like really? We will not be returning to this location.

    Walk in, to go order. I ride an e-bike. Ordered three soft taco supremes. Rode 1 1/2 miles home with the food in my backpack, and immediately grabbed the bag, as I was hungry. I found three tacos as ordered, but VERY cold. About halfway between the below 40° to above 120° legal range. Not worth returning, either the tacos, or ever again.

    It was very nice. They do only use the kiosk for customers to do their orders. Nothing like the one on 72nd and Portland. The manager at this Taco Bell was not verbally abusing any of the employees. If you had a question they were more than happy to help. The kiosk is okay it saves money for the company. They still made us feel comfortable and appreciated as humans should. Food was a 10 plus! Prices are fair and affordable. Definitely a Taco Bell to visit again.

    Ordered a burrito and a freeze inside at the kiosk where it doesn’t print a receipt. When i got my order they only gave my the verde fries and no drink. Went back to get what I originally ordered and they all looked at me like i was an idiot and walked away before i could explain i still didnt get my freeze either. Then proceeded to make me a burrito without looking at my order to see how I customized it (i dont eat sour cream) . Had to ask again about my freeze and the woman that gave it to me (larger girl with braces) gave me a very nasty look and eyed me down. Not really sure how i deserved any attitude when i was just trying to get what i paid for. They need better training in customer service

    Messed up my order and charged me for stuff I didn’t order. They need to verify the order to the customer or have a screen with the order. My fault for just paying and taking it with trust. They said they have no beef…so I said to take off the Crunchwrap. What do they do…charge me for a Crunchwrap with nothing in it. And no receipt!

    Usually I go through the Drive thru I went inside to to order Huge mistake because the service is much better when you order from the drive through I don't it is but frickin time I order from the inside they take forever to serve our food like we're the scum they treat the drive through the top notch I mean it took them like 30 minutes or more to finally to give me my food plus they almost forgot my effen 12 pack cinnamon balls which it wasn't nice and warm very disappointed because I Love those especially those delicious caramel empanadas wish those was back gosh damn make me mad lol

    I do not know why it is so difficult for this restaurant to be sure all the food I pay for in the bags. Almost every time something is missing and if I call I am given until the next day to drive to their establishment on my gas budget to receive what they left out in the first place. No compensation for their mistakes. Is this what they need to do to make money since most people like me never go back the next day.
