Dr. Herrera is nothing short of Amazing! She is patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about the comfort of her patients. I love coming to this office because I feel like they're honest and genuinely just want you to have a healthy smile. In case you're also wondering... The office is also is super clean and comfortable. There's a coffee/tea bar you can check out while you're waiting, but honestly they do such a great job scheduling that you will likely get seen within a few minutes of arriving.

Love it here! Had my first visit today and everyone was so nice and very helpful. The exam and cleaning were very thorough and i felt like nothing was rushed or overlooked. We found that I needed some fillings and I was immediately moved into a treatment room and got 2 fillings and a few extra things done without having to wait. I felt very comfortable with everyone there, especially Dr. Zhou. I’m so glad I found a new dental team that cares and does excellent work!

Pretty horrible experience overall. I had fillings done here, my teeth misaligned afterward. I couldn't floss my teeth because the filling work was so horribly done. I went back a few times, but they couldn't fix it, or even seemed to care. One of their assistants, Lance, actually sat down to address the problem. Lance is pretty cool. For some reason, my cleaning which should be covered by insurance is not covered. I requested them to double check the information. But instead of helping me, Lori just claimed that she doesn't have time to talk and threatened to send me to collections if I don't pay. Would not recommend coming here.

I’ve been going there for over 4 years. The staff is great! They are friendly, professional and work fast. Dr. Zhou is knowledgeable and communicative. Can’t remember the names of the hygienists throughout the years, but everyone from doctors to hygienists to front desk staff is great. I recommend this clinic.

This was my third appointment after finding this Dental office/location. I've been happy with the services to date (cleanings and x-rays). Very pleasant with flexible schedules and plenty of after work appointment availability.

I am so happy I chose to go to Down to Earth Dental. I was extremely nervous to go to the dentist and the entire staff were so kind and made me feel welcome. Dr. Herrera made me feel comfortable and very well taken care of. Highly recommend, thank you DTED!

1000% recommend Down to Earth Dental. I have really sensitive teeth, bad anxiety and going to the dentist has always terrified me. I've tried to go to a few different places throughout the years only to be met with shame and belittlement by the dentist and their staff:( But not at Down to Earth Dental. I started coming here a few months ago once my dental issues became unavoidable.They actually care about their patients. They listen to me, and don't make me feel like a child about my pain and anxiety. They have been working on fixing my teeth with care and compassion. All of them are sweet people. My husband and I both come here and we both agree on how great they are. If you have ever felt shamed by or afraid of the dentist office, I highly highly recommend Down to Earth Dental. You won't find a better staff.

Very happy with my visit today. The hygienist, Natalie, exceeded my expectations! She was gentle and very thorough. I’ve never had such an extraordinary cleaning that didn’t cause pain. I would 100/10 recommend it! Also, Dr. Zhou is extremely thorough and explains things in detail. Both providers; the hygienist, and doctor are personable and do not see you as a number but a patient. True empathy and care- not like the corporate dental clinics. What brings this office cherry on top is the wonderful greeting from the front staff.
