I
spoke
with
Julie(Canyon
location)on
the
phone
after
my
daughter
was
refused
a
return
on
two
pajama
pants
that
I
ordered
online
that
were
defective(had
snags).
I
phoned
Trudy's
Hallmark
prior
to
my
online
purchase
to
ask
if
they
didn't
fit
would
we
be
able
to
return
in
store
and
was
told
by
Taytum
that
I
could.
However
when
my
daughter
went
to
return
them
Julie
and
Veronica
said
they
were
told
by
their
manager
Kathy
that
they
don't
return
online
orders
even
though
both
locations
are
owned
by
the
same
owner.
So
we
drove
to
the
South
Hill
Mall
and
had
no
problem
returning
the
product.
The
Summit
location
needs
to
get
their
act
together
and
provide
better
customer
service.
Update,
just
got
off
the
phone
with
South
Hill
Mall
location
and
spoke
to
the
manager
Cztara,
and
asked
why
my
refund
never
went
through
which
I
verified
through
my
credit
card
company
and
she
looked
up
the
transaction
and
said
that
she
stopped
the
transaction
when
she
saw
that
I
did
the
return
there
after
trying
to
do
my
return
at
the
other
location
and
tried
to
tell
me
it
was
a
fraudulent
return
because
I
was
already
denied
at
the
other
one
when
I
told
the
other
one
I
was
coming
to
this
one
since
this
location
is
the
one
that
told
me
I
could
return
the
item
per
Taytum.
She
said
as
soon
as
I
left
the
other
location
they
called
this
location
and
that
her
daughter
Taytum
should
not
have
returned
the
item
so
she
stopped
it.
But
failed
to
give
me
a
phone
call
since
they
have
my
gold
crown
number,
kept
my
merchandise
which
I
now
consider
stolen,
refuse
to
mail
it
back
to
me.
Hung
up
the
phone
on
me
kept
laughing
the
whole
time
what
a
controlling,
unprofessional,
immature
manager.
My
daughter
worked
for
Trudy's
Hallmark
for
3
weeks
and
quit
because
of
this
exact
unprofessional
behavior.
They
do
a
lot
of
profiling
of
who
they
think
is
going
to
steal
and
follow
them
around
the
store.
They
say
that
you
have
to
talk
to
the
customers
multiple
times
and
ask
them
what
they're
looking
for
which
is
what
I
read
in
the
reviews
that
is
irritating
to
a
lot
of
people.
This
manager
needs
to
get
a
grip!
She
said
I
needed
to
give
her
daughter
grace
for
being
new.
That's
her
responsibility.
I
placed
an
order
online
after
being
given
incorrect
information
and
went
back
to
that
location
and
employee
to
do
the
return.
Sounds
like
the
mother
is
trying
to
prevent
the
daughter
from
getting
into
trouble.
Will
be
reporting
this
to
appropriate
agencies
as
well
as
disputing
this
with
my
credit
card
company.
