Update: Ordered curbside last night and when I arrived, none of their curbside spots out front were available as others were using them as regular parking spaces. I would encourage management to eliminate the option or actually manage these spaces for their customers that select this option. I had to park out back and came in to pick up our order from the warmer as we’ve done before. This time though, the person behind the bar yelled, “Sir, is that yours?”. Not very customer focused to accuse customers of stealing pizzas. I said yes and continued on my way but was stopped by another employees that needed to “check it”. They didn’t confirm who I was or ask for ID. This felt rude and unnecessary if you don’t even confirm if the order is ours in anyway. Management and staff need to do better. If pizzas are walking off, they need to put a system in place that equitably verifies identities and it should include a “who’s picking up” in the online ordering as our order was in my wife’s name. Aghast at this interaction, we’ll be taking our business elsewhere.

Surprisingly, this Farrelli's experience has been the best I've had in years. Based on the pizza alone, it was much better than 6th Ave or Ruston way. The dough is simple enough that if you run the heat too hot it gets chewy. Not sure why other franchises funny cook it well. This place says happy people create happy or good food. Something to that effect... And it apparently shows. Besides the most important part of the food being made well, everyone was extremely nice. Saying good bye from every member of the staff it seemed. Found is treats to add to a sundae for the kids. They had balloons ready to give it appears, nice clean environment that's well layed out. I will say, for the price, there's much better pizza and the red sauce is always extremely bland and feels watered down, but that's just the details the franchise works with. I recommend one of the 3 versions of a white sauce they have always. I will only go to this location from now on if I get a gift card, etc. For Farrelli's.

I always enjoy coming here for lunch by myself. As usual I get a personal pan with all my weird toppings. This time I added 🍓 and it was very tasty 😋 the drink was good but a Lil on the strong side for my liking. Customer service is always great.

Great experience! Open later than other pizza places. Ordered the fire sticks, they were so good! Not many veggie options but you can do a create your own with many options. I got the traditional red sauce, it has like a pasta sauce taste but good flavor. I would probably go with another sauce base next time. Dough is fresh and tasty, not super thick on the pizza, but thicker on the sticks.. Service was absolutely amazing, we sat at the bar- no kids on that side of the restaurant. Waiter/bartender very attentive and friendly. Can't wait to come back next time!

This will sound like I'm over exaggerating, this was by far the best pizza I've eaten. The sauce was light, toppings blended with the crust, it was overall a delightful pizza.

This place is just amazing. We had a great time, wonderful service, and the best food. We were able to get right in and seated. We were luck and got on the bar top which was just the most amazing view. Everyone was 6ft apart, the patio was clean and very nice. We got our drinks and food in a timely manner. The staff was friendly, and professional, with a very kind attitude. We love our lunch we had with them. I am so happy this is one of the places we got to experience while we were out visiting. Thank you to everyone.

My husband and I have ordered from here many times and always enjoy it. Last night, I ordered a Caulipower crust pizza and wings, within 15 minutes it was delivered to my door. It was rock solid stiff and cold. I called the store and spoke to the Manager Alex, whom proceeded to question me on why I had an issue, I don't understand how a pizza and wings could be made and delivered so quickly and be so darn cold. Ate 2 small pieces of the pizza and it didn't taste like usual, and that was because it wasn't caulipower crust. I am allergic to Gluten. Thank you for sending me the cold, rock solid hard gluten pizza! I have been suffering the consequences!!!!!!!! Never ordering from here again!!!!!

Men's public restroom was very well stocked on toiletries items. The restroom & restaurant was excellent clean. Thank you, for your pride for public awareness..... Cleanliness #1 priority. We got take out from this place!! Large pep, two gluten free pies and a dinner salad!! The gluten free pizza had the cauliflower crust-it was delicious

I absolutely loved this place. Our service was amazing and Charli made sure we had everything we needed. She also told me about the awards program and I was excited to sign up. They had all types of special offers. I will definitely be back. I had the wings and the pesto pizza and both were so delicious. I highly recommend ordering the ranch as far as condiments go it’s easily one of the best I’ve ever tasted. I’m definitely a fan of this place! Thank you Charli for an amazing experience!

My best friend and I went last Saturday for a birthday lunch. Our server was absolutely amazing!!! Not only was she friendly and personable, but she went above and beyond to be helpful and to make our visit feel special. Her recommendations were top notch and she truly made us feel more than welcome!

I love Farrelli’s pizza. This location is great, j love sitting on the patio on a nice summer evening with a cocktail and a delicious pizza. Their watermelon mule is a favorite summer cocktail. My favorite pizza is the chicken bacon ranch and LOVE the breadsticks with marinara sauce and ranch.

Been here a few times now. One time my husbands pizza was not good and they messed up the order, they did give us half off on the bill, but someone else in our large party didn’t like their pizza and complained and they comped her pizza. It was interesting the difference in how they treated them vs us. The other times i have been here have both been positive and food was good and drinks were good. I recommend their fire sticks and the salad with the pineapple on it.

Charli was super dopeeeeeeee, very very personable!. As soon as we sat it was all greetings and relationship building with her customers. She knew her product and gave recommendations based on our preference. I definitely recommend coming here.

This place is great for pizza and pasta. Their appetizers here are good as well. They have a decent selection of craft beer and a full bar. The staff has always been friendly on my visits.

Myself and my brother's and sisters from my church Tacoma first Baptist Church, had a extremely good time, and the staff couldn't have been more pleasant or more helpful, what a great time we had thank you very much. And if any one is looking for a Bible based church, you would do yourself a solid by looking into Tacoma first Baptist Church. Great church. Truly.

Came here for the first time and loved it. I don't eat meat so I got a vegan pepperoni pizza and it did not disappoint. Not the most delicious ever but definitely worth trying. I'm not a big drinker so I had the waitress make me something sweet and fruity. I'm not sure what it was, maybe a jolly rancher something but it was sooooo delicious.

I called 2 hours before they opened because I didn't know what time they opened. I told the person I could call back but he said go ahead I can help you and he took my order for 11:00 right when they opened. I was pressed for time and they made the exception for me. I can't remember the last time I had such gracious service. My wife is a fan but I've never really been but After experiencing the service I got today I will be a customer

The food was great and the staff were friendly. We had a large party of 12 and "dropped in." (Was 330pm) We waited almost an hour to be seated. They were obviously understaffed (as most places are nowadays), and they were managing a large party of over 30 people. The only disappointment was the lack of communication as to how long we would have to wait. We were only told "it will be soon" after waiting 45 minutes. If you can't handle a group in a timely manner, just let them know so they have the opportunity to go somewhere else if they don't want to wait... it's totally OK. I guess i missed that. Of course we'll return, love the pizza and the new sizzling sticks were a hit.

I had the "Perfect Pepperoni" pizza. And it was served hot and it was delicious. It was very busy at lunchtime, and our server was all alone. We were pleased with the service and appreciated the beer recommendation. 🍺 will be back again.

My family and I dined here on a random weekend night. I was surprised at how slow it was, very few people. We enjoyed the garlic bread, and the pizza was yummy(although the sausage was a bit crumbly) The iceberg lettuce salad was ok, packaged croutons suck. Overall the food was good and the service was very accommodating, our server could be serving where she earned good tips tho. Hate to think she had to stay there until midnight closing.

I’ve been passing Farrelli’s for years, and yesterday I decided and acted on eating there. The food was delicious. Some may read the menu from right to left, and say it’s kinda expensive, but Wait until your tastebuds 👅 taste the food. Mindy was very friendly and informative. My wife and I will definitely comeback to this establishment in Parkland.

The food is delicious and the staff wonderful. A bit pricey compared to other pizza places but worth it. Disposable plates with my order would have garnered a 5th star but I asked and they weren't available.

Just want to update my review from 2 years ago 1 to 5 stars. We go out Fridays after bowling and this location is back on our list next season. April and May 2022.. great service and food! Hope the young man that served us is still there!

I'm not a Farrelli's Pizza fan, because of their price.. but I did get food for me and 2 other people.. plus a beer.. after a tip, it was about $90.. I can't lie.. the food was pretty good.. just more expensive then I would like to pay for a chain restaurant.. but it was good..

Amariah was amazing! We had a big group and were very disorganized and she handled it all with grace and poise! Customer service top notch!

Well what can I say? Amazing pizza and super fast service! Can not go wrong here! Wish I had more time to try the rest of the menu options… I bet they are amazing at everything. The staff was super inviting and the place was very comfortable with a great selection of beverages.

Well, it was our second time dining there and it has been some time since this visit. For 3 kids and 2 adults we got 3 Salads,1 Ravioli ,2-9" pizzas a Calzone and 1 chicken nugget kids meal for $146 and change(that's with a $20 dollar tip) My Calzone was ok but the ravioli needed more meat. The pizza was not our favorite and I think it was the sauce... Customer service was great. The facilities were clean and the salads were awesome!

Food was great and the server was awesome. Best service I have had since the pandemic. Erica was just the sweetest! Got everything right and my glass was never empty. Great experience. 👍

Friendly staff but the menu has shrunken and the prices have went up. No more sandwiches and the pasta dishes were really expensive for the amount that you received. It's nice they have pull tabs as an option to pass the time.
