Went to the store. Third time ordering online. Third time having to wait way over the pickup projected time (45 plus minutes each time). This is my first time writing a review for this place. First thing I noticed (after noticing that the pizza was not ready) was that the floor was sticky and dirty (incredibly so). Then I looked up at the ceiling it was so thick with dirt that I was wondering if I should even get the pizza's. However I took a few pics and finally my order was done and I took the pizza's and went home. When I got home I showed the pictures to my wife and we agreed that throwing the pizzas away would be the best option. This seems to be the norm at the little ceaser restraunts I have visited. I will forward these pictures to the Health Department.

Ordered Pretzel crust pizzas and got regular ones with salt on the crust. Unacceptable. They didn't even tell me that they were out of the crust and I want a refund still. Don't go here, and please give me my money back. I've contacted so many times and haven't gotten a refund.

Orderd food 20min before I got there they couldn't find my order then took 45min to remake order all the while people have been waiting 1 hr to 1.5hrs for a pizza and crazy bread then given my order to find 2 of the three pizzas cold and cremated I will not be going back and I recommend you do the same didn't feel like waiting another hour for a chance repeat

Asked for a pretzel pizza after waiting for 15 mins with no line and never being greeted. They said they could make it and it was a normal pizza with butter and salt on the crust.. the 112th location seems to be bought by someone new and i do not recommend.

The worker at the regester was talking on a headset while taking orders and was literally laughing it up on a personal call while barley listening to my order. I wasn't surprised at all when bothe my pizzas were made wrong. Although, I was very surprised the next visit when there was a different worker behind the counter doing the exact same thing, both pizzas were made wrong on the second visit aswell, they forgot to put sauce on the pizza...

This is the first Little Ceasars that I have nothing good to say about. 1st If your running a business that & you're not English is fluent or even understandable & you can't understand what your customers are saying then get someone else to talk to customers. Otherwise this is the kind of review you'll get. The bread sticks were over cooked you forgot to give us the sauce. We did not want a plane cheese pizza but since you could not understand what we wanted & the ready made cheese pizza you had looked old you made a fresh cheese pizza & it SUCKED!!! I won't eat from there again.

Terribly understaffed. Doesn't speak English, which I don't mind, but it makes it difficult. Example: The app said my order was ready and to ask someone at the counter for my order. I asked after waiting 10-15 minutes and he just walked away. I asked again after 5-10 minutes if my order was ready, he said no. I waited another 15 minutes and he pulled a pizza that had been sitting in the warmer the whole time....

This specific location has never gotten my order right. I don't know why I kept giving them a chance. On This last visit the pizza looked like it was thrown together by a four year old. I got a half pizza half bread sticks. Only 6 bread sticks. Two of them so small they were too crunchy to eat. Two slices of pizza only had cheese on half the slice . And it took them 25 minutes, no customers before me, to complete the order. Will NEVER go to this location again!

Lord have mercy!!!!! Tried to order pizza from some of the most incompetent people I have EVER come across in my LIFE!!! Over an HOUR for three pizzas...!! Dude in the back wiping his nose, and playing on his phone about to handle people's food as it rolls out the oven. (As if we are not just 1day into the mask mandate being dropped) woman on the register ignored a lobby full of people for 15-20mins (didn't even bother to greet anyone) ...while she claimed to count her till... Pizzas left on the counter lids open, nobody thought to ask the customers waiting with receipts what their orders were. Customers asking questions and got ignored. The two female workers trash talking the customers just for wanting proper service... I was told the "hot and ready" oven was broken..and still the employees continued to place finished pizzas in the broken warmer... The standards must have really dropped for who is allowed to handle food these days. If anyone is wondering if Covid will make another comeback...LOOK NO FURTHER...it's gonna start here🤮

This location suffers from some of the rudest employees. It's filthy and successful in spite of it's self. The District manager needs to start poping in on some unannounced store visits. See the conditions of your franchise. It's obvious to everyone that you don't tour your stores. Train your staff, clean up your filthy stores that haven't been cleaned!!! Let alone deep cleaned in a few decades. You be ashamed of how you run a business.

I went in and ordered a Detroit Deep dish pepperoni lovers pizza and i wnet to QFC and did some shopping while they were making the pizza i came back like 30 minutes later my pizza was still not ready ao she said it will be another 6 minutes its in the oven now i came back 13 minutes later and it still was not ready they forgot to make it so she said it will be another 10 minutes and so i waited again and when it was finally ready i opened it up and asked her if asked her if they remembered that it was suposed to be a pepperoni lovers pizza and she lied to me and said yes that it was It was just a regular peperoni pan pizza I was so hungry i just took it and didnt even argue with her about it but i will post a picture I won't be going back to this franchise

Waited for almost 30 minutes for a “Hot and Ready” with pretzel crust and got it home and realized it was normal crust but with the cheddar cheese sauce that’s supposed to have the pretzel crust. Super frustrating!

This is the worst place I ordered 2 pizzas and breadsticks they were real doughy they weren't cooked at all the pizzas were totally made wrong nothing that I ordered terrible customer service they do not answer the phone and the manager is never there I went back and employee's standing around talking phone just ringing and one of them on thier phones. I still have not heard from the so called manager

Hot and ready takes 20 minutes. Ordered mushrooms on pizza a previous visit and they were canned mushrooms. Threw out the pizza I will most likely not return to this location.

The workers seem very nice but every time I come to this location, there’s nothing ever ready to just pick up and go. I always wait longer than the wait time I’m told and this is literally every single time I visit this location.

New ownership holding it down..... wasn't sure if Abu & the gang gang were gonna work out.( let's not kid ourselves, mid eastern decent peoples skills are not the best) & they been great. Cause that store gets busy AF. & I've seen more than 1 or 2 people ding out & crack from the pressure. they been pro status, great job fellas

I am extremely frustrated right now. I ordered pizza and crazy bread for my son last night from this location and when I got home I realized that the cheese pizza I had ordered was actually pepperoni (which my son can not eat). When my son was finished with the few pieces of crazy bread that he ate, he told me that it didn't taste right and that he felt like he was going to be sick. Turns out it wasn't cooked all the way... literally still dough. I do understand that places get busy and things do happen so I gave them an opportunity to make it right. I called this afternoon and talked to an employee who let me know that all I needed to do was come in sometime today and they would be glad to correct their mistakes. So, here I am, fresh off a 12 hour shift dragging myself into Little Caesars, just for them to have me waiting for 10 minutes while they got ahold of the manager who told them that they were not to fix the problem or correct their mistakes and send me on my way. Horrible customer service. Will not be visiting this location again and will make sure everyone that I know, knows not to visit either.

If I could I would give a zero for service. I ordered 2 lunch ready and asked if I could get a fresh one because the box was greasy from how long it had been there. The guy gave me attitude and started to talk in his language to his coworkers. Very frustrating. I should have just asked for a refund and never returned. Btw, pizza was very dry and not good. Very disappointing.

I have noticed a bunch a negative reviews for this location. I did not order there at the counter. But I have ordered ahead. When I got there, my order was ready. By mistake I had ordered a cheese 🧀 pretzel 🥨 pizza 🍕. And it was delicious. I never had this kind of crust before. And it looks like I’ll have it again. 😉

Food is good and well made, but they intentionally overcharge and pocket the difference. A single standard pepperoni pizza is 9.90 with tax if you order online and 11 when you order in-store.

The staff have no sense of urgency here. There is no sense of work flow. I would it is almost like a !&#<÷ few words. Need someone to guide them..

So sad, big language barrier, all orders were mixed up, online door dash orders were at least 45 min at 4:30 in the afternoon. Pretty dirty, and no gloves were in use..

Always so busy where there's never any available take out whenever I come in (I've been to this location maybe 5 times now) and the employees always seem like they are over worked/really stressed out. I feel like I'm such a bother coming in to order from this business so I gave up and I will drive all the way down Pacific Ave to go to the other location where it seems a lot less stressful.

Ordered a Cheese Hot & Ready. It was almost $10.00! It wouldn't of been so bad if they put sauce on the pizza. Might of been half teaspoon of sauce on it at the most. Never returning to this place! I can buy a frozen pizza for less cost & it has a good amount of sauce & toppings on it.

Spent a half hour trying to call and order ahead. I got to the store before they answered their phone. I asked if their phone was not working they shrugged and said they were to busy to answer. No other customer was in the store. Very poor customer service

I'm a pizza specialist! Many years in the business! Usually little C's is a backup pizza place to eat. When the kids are over kinda deal! Usually get it for the other store on Pacific Ave (By military rd.) Closer to the house! The pizza never taste that good there. They use use a lot of old product! Trust me I can taste it! Anyways, the store on 111th st. produces a decent pizza! I was caught off guard by it. The dough was definetely fresh! It was delicious pepperoni pizza! The marinara sauce was also fresh! Definitely was made fresh that day! So Kudos to your store! Outstanding job! I'll make the extra trip for good pizza.

Tuesday night and for some reason ( maybe the heat) they were busy. Per the employee there was also some special running snd only 2 employees. I could not get online order ro work so had to order in store. Waited about 10 minutes yo even order then waa told 15 minutes wait. It took almost an hour to get 2 pizzas. After 40 minutes ofj being ignored I asked about my order. I was told that they'd made my five meat pizza three times now and couldn't seem to find it. They made yet another one. When I finally got my two pizzas home I found a huge mess the five meat pizza had just a big pile of meat in the middle of the pizza and my stuffed crust pepperoni was cold because it sat for an hour and had so much sauce on it that it was just a sloppy mess. I felt so sorry for the young man that was behind the counter. He was working so hard and dealing so well with so many people complaining about wait times Miss deliveries wrong pizzas Etc I believe his name was Ethan and he needs a huge raise and someone else to help him in that store.

One of the reasons Little Caesars is so we'll liked it because they put together a quality product at a reasonable price. I ordered my Pizza with custom topping to ensure freshness. On occasion they have been known to sale a pizza that's been in the warmer for a while. I enjoyed my deep pan pizza.

IS IT THAT DIFFICULT TO SLICE A PIZZA PROPERLY? I have lived in this neighborhood for about 15 years. We have gotten pizza several times from this Little Caesars' and have been able to see changes in management and other various positions. There seems to be a theme here - WHY DOES NO ONE WHO WORKS HERE KNOW HOW TO SIMPLY CUT A PIZZA PROPERLY?? I'm baffled by this. It's like a training flaw (or a common sense flaw), not sure exactly, but EVERY pizza we have EVER gotten here has looked like a 5 year old was given some unidentifiable sharp knife object and was told to go at it. It was wierd the first time, but now after all these years and all these people that have come and gone from working here, it's just irritating and clear these workers DO NOT CARE AT ALL ON ANY LEVEL.

The pizza super doughy and I went for a refund they were super disrespectful, just want to feed my kids but I didn’t want them getting worms.

ZERO STARS! I waited 45 minutes for 2 pizzas that were supposed to be hot and ready so finally I asked for a refund and she gave me a receipt saying the order was voided but my card has not been refunded and it has now been 4 days. I call the store everyday and no one ever answers. I’ve tried to contact corporate and they also never respond. These pizzas aren’t even good I just wanted something fast for the kids and if I knew id have to wait I would have ordered dominoes and it would have been hot and ready and actually good pizza within 15 minutes.

Still the go-to for fast decent pizza or cheesy bread sticks. Order online or in person. Be aware no waiting inside the lobby, (I'm assuming due to Covid). They have a sweet lunch deal you should check out. Price is great. If you decide to add toppings the price goes up so I stick to the hot n ready menu.
