There was this blonde hobo working there I’m assuming she was the manager she was covered in tattoos and dressed inappropriately. NOT someone I want to see when I walk into a store like icing She even had the nerve to put her dirty hands on me and my purse. This girl needs some serious training!

My son and I went in, and the cashier there was obviously high on drugs. She was blonde and covered in tattoos, she came out of the back room, and was unable to form a coherent sentence at all. Not very cool, considering that this store caters to kids and teens.

Extremely poor quality. Do not waste your money on these cheap items. Welp! That's Claire's, for ya! ::shrug::

The store memebers are extremely friendly but this is for the earrings. Do not buy them here. I bought a pack a month ago and I’m finally using it and I left my earrings in for about a week or so and everything was great but then they started getting rusty and my ears are now irritated

The girls there are so helpful. I went there to get some items for a military formal I had and they made me feel like they cared for me to have a good positive shopping experience.

I worked with Jacob in the Tacoma Mall location today to get my 3rd holes on my ear lobes pierced. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I picked out the cutest 14k gold studs and he pierced me very quickly and almost painlessly (the second one wakes you up a bit 😉). Thank you Jacob for having such great customer service. You upsold me perfectly on jewelry (buy 3, get 3 free y’all) and made me smile my entire visit. If management hasn’t already got you on the path for a promotion/upper management position, you should remind them to get you there!! Thank you so much for so a great experience!

The earrings were a little over priced for what they were. They do have pretty much the same stuff as Claire's, but a little bit of fancier selection.
