Really good hotel and great service. Due to the corona-regulations the breakfast buffet wasn't there but the solution; everything in a basket per room was really adequate. Furthermore we had a great experience, the only thing that was a bit of a pity is the length of the curtains; a bit too short which implies a lot of light will come in the room early in the morning (this isn't the case for every room in the hotel)

Stayed here for one night in July in a hotel room. The positive: - Nice concept - Great outdoor area with firepit and stuff - Great location close to Malmedy in the nature - Home cinema was cool, just got to be lucky you are the first to be able to choose the movie - There is a good Italian restaurant about a 5min walk away The not so positive: - Access to the spa was included, but this was crowded with kids jumping in the (very small) pool in the evening and in the morning. It also just had 2 chairs to lay, for a hotel with about 30(?) rooms... - Maintenance is starting to lack, rust / rotting wood starting to show in the wellness The negative: - At 170 euros BF only it was overpriced - Blood stains on a pillow in the room is just not ok

It was great at the time I went there they just opened a new area it wasn't quite finished yet but everything else was up to point the service very good and the place was immaculate 👍 would go there again :)

Daft hotel is an official logis partner for Stoneman Arduenna MTB Route. Honestly I am questioning myself why… During weekends a stay of two nights is mandatory - ok. Quite senseless for a round trip bicycle route but we accepted and even adopted our plans and decided to drive back to Malmedy when finishing and stay another night. But the second thing: bookings are not possible more than two months in advance via their booking system which is also weird when planning a round trip where you have to rely on several hotels. Ok, then oldskool via phone or Email. The end of the story: we did not get a satisfying answer within two weeks time, exchanging half a dozen of Emails risking other bookings for our trip to be cancelled or overbooked. So finally we booked elsewhere. Sadly I must say. Being a musician and seeing the other very positive comments I would have loved to stay here… But with this performance in communication I can only judge one barely earned poor star. Never experienced something like this before on hotel booking attempts. And as a sales rep I sleep more often in foreign beds per year then I personally feel comfortable with 😂

We rented this house for a group of 30ish people. Everything was more than ok, it was plain great! A bar, a swimming pool, a cinema room, a huge diner room where we all could sit together, very clean personal rooms with a nice personal bathroom. And all of these (except the personal rooms which is only logical) are equipped with either high quality audio equipment or beamers. The kitchen was broad enough for a small team in order to cook for our amount of people and has the required equipment to do so! Definitely would recommend!
