    I had the pleasure of working with Kim Goldie at Kay's Jewelry and was blown away by their knowledge, professionalism, and customer service skills. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for and provided a thoughtful recommendations that helped me find the perfect piece of jewelry.     I have a movado se pilot.I have had to send my watch in for repairs 3 times. It stopped working during covid and while still in warranty. I was told that they are not sending out repairs now. But to come back at a later time and they would take care of it. Si I did and now it's out of warranty. So I pay 300 to get it all repaired. It comes back 3 months later and they call me in. As I get the watch, the face is now upsidown... so now 3 more months to get that fixed. When I get it back next, the hour hand falls off inside the watch. I send it in in September of 2021 and pay 200 for this repair. I just got it back in January and now the minute hand just free spins. I go to talk to kays and they offer no help at all. They tell me to call customer care and complain and don't say I talked to them about it. I only wear it rarely at this point because I don't want to pay to repair it.

    Amazing experience at this store. Kim helped me find the perfect ring and was so helpful and friendly! She was such an expert on jewelry, and I definitely can’t wait to go back for future jewelry needs. Thank you Kim!

    We didn’t end up buying in the end, but the service we received was great! Antwaun and Jennifer were great to work with, and even when we broke the news to them that we were gonna go a different route with our purchase, they made that process painless and were very helpful. I’d highly recommend checking them out for your next jewelry purchase.

    Tried to come here yesterday to make a purchase, I’m not sure who they sent to help me but he wasn’t interested in helping me at all. He actually walked off and started helping someone else out. He didn’t want to show me any of the jewelry, he wouldn’t give me prices on anything. I went over to Zales and had a better experience and ended up spending my money there.

    Did not have a good experience here. The sales woman helping us was very pushy and trying to get us to jump the gun on a ring. She told me multiple times to “shut up” when I told my significant other we could think about the ring more because I wasn’t ready to purchase it just yet and tried to get me to walk away from him to go look at other things to talk to him privately even though we told her we wanted to make the decision together. The ring I was looking at was morganite which the sales women told me was as strong as a diamond and would hold up and had the same maintenance as a diamond but after researching and speaking to other jewelers I discovered that was a lie. Just overall not a great experience.

    Let me first start by saying my husband and I have spent over $10,000 in here in the past year, today we stopped in for a quick ring cleaning and to have them check the diamonds ( per the warranty) I asked to have my other rings cleaned which were not purchased here and the sales man was clearly annoyed . He asked us if we had an open account which I replied yes we do but we are just browsing today , after he heard that he wouldn’t take anything else out of the cabinet for us to look at even though I said multiple times look how beautiful that ring was . He was rude and it was obvious we were a ( bother ) funny thing is , had he taken the to show us the piece of jewelry I commented on my husband would have purchased it today right there . They weren’t even busy ! TERRIBLE service ! The only one who was good was Mika. We won’t be back to this location .

    I most definitely loved my experience at the Kay jewelers in Belden Village Mika Cohen helped me when I didn't have my receipt for the insurance on my necklace I purchased last year , she printed me a new one and my necklace was repaired within a few days .

    Antwaun took links out of my watches without telling me i could no longer return them if links were taken out. Honestly just go to a different kay jewelers this one fought me on the return of the watches. The one in massillion did not!!!

    The people who work there is just amazing! Almost one year ago my wife and I bought our wedding rings and they were delightful, caring and friendly, showing us genuine interest and many option in whiting our budget. Today we went again and they cleaned up our rings, with the same charisma and detailed. Kay and Chris are great!

    We were at Kay jewelers today trying to get weddings rings and a band and me and fiancé’s savings account were having issues with it being locked up how our account works with the purchases. The team was so helpful the whole time with the whole process with helping us find what we want and being so nice and generous especially Rod which actually was willing to pay the rest of our remaining balance just so we could get the deal on there diamond showing day. What great guy and all around team there. One of my best experiences with any establishment all together!!!

    I had the most amazing experience at this Kay jewelers! Sarah was absolutely amazing, she helped me find a beautiful wedding ring the fit my wants and needs. Also while checking out we ran into some trouble and rod helped us out what a great guy. All around the whole atmosphere is welcoming and they all truly care about you walking out of their store happy! If you need any type of jewelry do yourself a favor and take the trip to this specific Kay jewelers!

    I have absolutely no issue with Kay as a company. But I have had nothing but trouble with the staff at this location. Between ordering my wife’s ring several months ago and now again with my ring. They only care about new customers bringing in new money not current customers with existing orders. We had to order my ring online due to it not being it stock. It was supposed to immediately be sent out for sizing but is still at the store after four days. They have an excuse every day about being too busy or short staffed. I was told if I had bought it in the store I wouldn’t have this issue, as if it’s my fault, when they didn’t have my ring in stock to begin with. This is the third day in a row I was promised it will be shipped out. But now instead of two weeks for sizing it’s all of the sudden three weeks.

    My husband and I bought my wedding band at this store about 10 months ago. We looked at various stores and this Kay Jewelers was the first place where the employees were nice to us despite our limited budget. Employees at other stores tried to convince us that we should spend more money on rings or obviously looked down on us for spending so little. The people at Kay Jewelers have been wonderful: kind, professional, and engaging. Christopher helped us clean our rings today (he even cleaned my husband's ring from another store!) and assistant manager Mika did a great customer service review. Thank you for your kindness!

    We had a custom engagement and wedding band made at Kay Jewelers and it turned out beautiful. We worked with Rod and he was amazing! We explained what we were looking for and Rod made it happen. I am very pleased with how it turned out. I will definitely go back to Rod for any custom jewelry in the future.

    I was just in to get my watch band sized. There weee 3 removable links on each side of the clasp. The woman removed all of them from the wrong side. I told her and pointed to the other side. She then put it back to 3 links on each side. I said, this is how I brought it in. This will not work. Then she slid the clasp cover slightly and shrugged her shoulders and said there was nothing she could do. I was so upset at the stupidity of her I had to walk away. Is it really hard to remove a link that a customer is pointing to? Her coworker was just as dumb and couldn’t seem to figure it out. So I am going to return the $300 watch. And Kay will no longer get my business or recommendations if someone should ask.
