My son has been attending Wayne's classes for the past few months. He's really helped him with his fitness to get him fitter and sharper for his Football. Its also helping him with his diet and changing his mind set. He's made Arron feel really comfortable in the sessions and he looks forward to the classes. Wayne has taken Arron under his wing and is helping him to achieve his goals.

I'm on my 2nd 10 week programme with Wayne. My fitness levels and strength have improved massively. I lost weight before joining Wayne and my goal was to tone up which I'm noticing is happening. I have lost a few pounds since joining which is a bonus as that wasn't my main goal. The classes are hard, he pushes you when you think you can't do it but you can!. Mentally you feel great afterwards .They are also fun with great people. If you are thinking of joining Wayne do it. You will love it!

I was massively overweight when Wayne asked me if I'd like a crack at his programme. I was hesitant at first, but he assured me all would be fine..! I was met with a warm and friendly welcome from everyone entering the programme. Wayne definitely motivates you, and there's not a time when he's not there to help or advise you if you have any queries or questions. I've lost a considerable amount of weight, and I feel better at 52 than I did in my 30s. If you're looking to get fit and lose weight, this is the guy to see.. you will not be disappointed.

I’ve worked with way for a few years now and not only is his a game changer for your fitness but he has a great understanding of developing peoples minds to become strong Will characters it changed my mindset towards a lot of things. Love working with Wayne !

Absolutely fantastic, very professional it's fun motivating and hard work that pays off all rolled into one this is my second lot of sessions and will definitely be back for a third. Wayne's training brings the best out of you physically and mentally.

I joined Wayne in February and the changes in the way I look and feel is amazing,when we are training in a group the atmosphere is amazing you feel comfortable at the same time most of all my mindset is on another level and I am 6 st lighter highly recommend.

Wayne is a fantastic coach, the gym has a great atmosphere and results are seen throughout the coarse, I can’t recommend him enough for beginners or even more advanced work plans 👌🏻💪🏻
