Great place to work out. Clean and friendly environment. Only problem is they dont like to answer the phone. i total understand people can get busy but i have tried phoning numerous amount of times from 11:30 - 14:15 to book a game of squash. 3 times someone answered and cut me off straight away. and the rest of the calls just ring out. 15+ Phone calls. Not 1 was answered. My advise is to book as you leave the facility. will save you time and a LOT of frustration.

Phone line is pointless it never gets answered I’ve been trying to call for over 24 hours still haven’t got through. What’s the point of having a reception if they don’t answer the phone. Also should be a way to edit/cancel a booking online would save so much time instead of having to call every time

If you ever need to phone them good luck. You are held in a never ending queue. But there is always someone at reception during opening hours. They are too busy socialising rather than answering calls. They will also lie to you saying they are fully booked when they are clearly not.

By far a superior pool to Wyndley, Walsall Gala and Snowdome - the facility is bright, well maintained and with wonderful family change facilities. They also have it heated to an appropriate temperature, we travel double the distance to swim here. Only letdown is that you can't book some sessions online only over the phone or at the desk, and often you have to wait whilst people are making swimming lesson enquiries as they do not operate a waitlist or manage this separately meaning you can be waiting over 10 minutes for 1 person to move on. If they could sort this another way (possibly dedicated enquiry area or something) it would be 5 stars.

Arrived 9pm to collect my daughter. I parked in the empty buses space for 10 mins and received a parking ticket £70 reduced to £35 if paid in 14 days. They must have been hiding in the bushes preying on myself and 4 other cars. Ironically, all the footballers who parked in the disabled spaces weren’t ticketed 👎

The facility at Oak Park is great! My grandkids enjoy their swimming lessons out here. Would like to compliment Tracey the swimming teacher who accommodated our grand daughter in her group when she was late for her class. Thank you once again Yasmine Almeida(Nan)

Facilities are really good sauna and steam are blessed but no cold showers plunge pool 😞

Very good, very clean, always something going on here. Not just swimming and the gym. The kids love the rollerskating disco!

Me and my best friend hired the squash court. The place looks well equipped, modern, and spic and span. We enjoyed visiting. Thanks.

Walkways from car park to entrance never been cleaned. Lots of swimers never follow outside shoes removed rules. Never monitored by staff.

Poor service . Rang at different times to find out information about another matter I could not get through . Even when I stood in the reception area I rang , I was hanging on for 5 minutes or more . When I complained they said they were busy which was not the case. I continued to try to get through all day . There was no information their card reader was out of action. A notice not covered in plastic was put on the door outside which got wet! When I asked when the card reader would be fixed I got a blank look. Not acceptable, it's a public service due staff that can't be asked to answer the phone. I asked when was busy , I was told 11 am. So I avoided that time. Needs improvement and staff that are actually helpful. Disappointed .

Been taking DD her now for about 6 months great pool very clean, top outdoor astro turf football area, not tried gym I'm just being lazy but very well kitted out, staff are helpful and easy going, but they are very busy always seem to be on the phone or deal with long queue. Walsall swimming club train here, to club from.learners to club as per my other post highly recommend 👌

Very rude staff in person and on telephone, Seems to be a culture of individuals unwilling to help. Facilities however are good.

Used the pool. Not too cold, changing rooms were clean and the showers were warm. Attentive lifeguards.

Only went to watch my brother play football on the 3g, didn't use the facilities but they are usually pretty decent at these sorts of venues

Lovely facility with affordable hot and cold snacks. When closed, wending machines still available. Friendly staff. Tables and chairs available for people to sit and wait for their kids.

I support work for a Visual imparted young man, have now joined the gym with a move it pass. The facility is excellent, all the staff have been Fantastic and very supportive, would highly recommend. Five Stars!

As always staff welcoming, pleasant and cheerful. Clean, looked after and comfortable, the sports hall is a great facility.

Clean and tidy. Only here to play football. 3g pitch was in good condition and was good for an artificial pitch. Only thing missing was a bar.

Great facilities. Plenty of choice in classes, large swimming pool and new equipment in gym. All facilities clean. Staff friendly and professional.

Good value for money. Gym is decent. A thing that definitely needs improving is the cleanliness at the locker room. The floor is mostly muddy, wet with loads of hair.

A very happy keep fit class on Mondays then our very own Sarah making bacon babs and coffee for us after great

I take my Daughter (four years old) here for swimming lessons. The staff are helpful and friendly, and the centre is always clean and tidy. It is great value and I am extremely happy with progress that she has made in such a short space of time. I spent quite some time looking for the best place to start her lessons, and Oak Park came highly recommended. A decision I am glad to have made.

Great facility, app booking is good - but my god if you ever need to phone them good luck! Reception number is next to useless, no queue system - just a never ending hold.

Popped in to use sauna & steam. Sauna was not hot enough. Best steam room I have ever used. But I won't be going back as just stupid having lockers in corridor thus you have to go back & forth to access your things/clothes etc Two showers seemed too little too as there was always someone waiting to use one & this was daytime

Excellent community centre. Plenty of swimming facilities and classes for all ages, gym is adequate for a fitness centre, the gym can get very busy at peak times.

Great fun playing 🏸 and squash with friends. Competitive laughter! Loved it will be back!

I visited the toy and train fair held here but the sporting facilities looked ample if your in the area it's definately worth a visit

Went for the inflatable session but this wasn't on due to staff shortages, so my son had to settle for a swim, Would be helpful if this information had been shared on social media channels
