I have had a brilliant experience with this store, owners knowledge is amazing, been very helpful and fundamental in helping with my dogs health and wellness. I would highly recommend there services.

Fab little pet shop - lovely owners (Anita & Chris) could not be more helpful or supportive with pet queries especially as Annette is a veterinary nurse too! She has given me advice regarding my dogs ear and skin problems - she recommended some products which are really helping and ones I haven't tried before. Great range of products available with information on each given if not sure. No car park but there is space outside the front of the shop where you can park.

Lovely owners and they will order if they do not have stick in shop. I buy all my bird requirements from here at very reasonable prices. Anita and Chris very very helpful

I discovered Pets n potions through a mutual supplier service and must just take a moment to say how very lucky and extremely pleased I have been with the incredible support and knowledge shown by Anita Wedge and Chris in my desperation to try to get my young Clumber Spaniel properly managed and diagnosed with his age old allergy and food intolerance issues with gastro intestinal complications also. Over the course of 6-8 weeks Anita and Chris have enabled my dog to really show very significant recovery in all respects and for him to leave behind a legacy of commercial drug support in exchange for direct hypoallergenic nutrition and allergy and intestinal and joint support products all expertly managed and introduced and monitored by Pets n potions. I am in awe at their knowledge and swiftness of product distribution and level of personal attention and enthusiasm throughout .....Thankyou both from the bottom of my heart and from my Little Boy ......I think you are miracle workers.....and will be sure to let a few more friends know of your powers too! Great shop, loads of quality grain free dog food, only the best. Prescription diets, flea and worming treatment, ear cleaners, you name it they've got it. Plus a fully qualified veterinary nurse owns it, so plenty of advice available. Oh, and way cheaper than certain big name stores! Highly recommended.

Excellent service all year round

My dog had been suffering from an upset stomach, that wasn’t getting better, despite expensive trips to the vet. Anita’s advice on change of diet sorted him out. I can’t praise enough the staff enough- their experience with animals meant they were able to suggest what food and treats suited my dog (liver condition and was going gluten-free).

We have used Pets and potions for the last couple years and just wow, we have never been to a pet shop where the owners put so much time and effort into making sure everything is just right for your pets. Babey our French bulldog has had a couple health issues and Anita has been so helpful and knowledgeable. We couldn’t fault this small business.
