WORST HOTEL EVER. DO NOT GO HERE!! I never write reviews, I never really complain but believe me, You really do not want to go here!!! First of all the lights in my room fell of the walls, there was no warm, water in my shower. The room was allright for the rest. But listen to this, When i was away for the evening, the staff memmbers gave a key to my room to other guests, when i arrived back they were in my bed!! I went to the lobby to ask what just happened and they just gave me my bag and another room, like they didnt mess up?! Went to my new room to find that all my stuff had been stolen, my Nintendo switch and DS and other valuables. When I went back to the receptionist, they gave the other couple a new room and wouldn't tell me where they were located, so i could not retrieve my stuff. Imagine that!! The security guard was absolutly no help and the staff member not once tried to help, she just said, call the police. Like WHAT? Imagine that, imagine going out for the night and they just hand others the key to YOUR room and all YOUR stuff, and then won't help you or compensate you. Because YES, the staff nor the manager answered any of my questions or anything. They just left me their, when i had to return home, nothing was compensated. Imagine that! The new room I got by the way, again had problems. Showerhead fell off. Toilet wouldnt flush. This is not just someone who complains like i said, I just hope everyone will read this and go for a better hotel. I wouldn't wish this upon anyone.

Me again !!! Been here few hours now. Burnt my botty in the bath …. In a good way. Don’t even get water this hot at my house. Just about to have a coffee that’s been provided. Cappuccinos available downstairs. If I wanted to pay a zillion pounds a night I’d be at the Hilton. Trust me, I’m a fussy one. Like things to be just right. Reading the horrible reviews and I’ve just been laughing at them. All I’m concerned about is what’s going on in my room. Not spotted any ex cons blah blah blah. At least not in my room. Just be kind. 🙄

Stayed for business purposes. The room next door to mine was blasting music until early hours and quite clearly smoking in their room / hanging out of thier windows. Staff didn't appear to care. Entire hotel smelt like a cannabis farm. One plug socket in the room, located no-where near the bed so couldn't charge electricals conveniently. Requested a later checkout. Was told this was fine. However got a telephone call the next morning that I had to leave unless I wanted to pay an extra £20. Also had to pay extra for parking. So there was no chance i was giving them anymore money for such a disaster of a stay.

What can I say, rooms weren't clean, staff were rude at times, charged more than dinner for a sandwich for room service, all the food was not up to par, in fact it was pretty terrible. My food for a day cost more than my room which is a huge red flag in this industry. Go to the village hotel across the road or the travel lodge. Cleaner and better meals.

It is not a hotel no more it’s for homeless and it’s been one off the cleanest ones ever staff are actually so nice and welcoming.

I really cannot understand some people, I paid £42 for a double room with en suite that had a bath and a shower. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. If you expect luxury then go over the road to one of the big chains and pay three times more. But for the money it is clean, comfortable with great service. What more can you ask for the money?

Room was clean enough, but the walls are paper thin. We could hear everything the next rooms were doing, and one of them was coughing consistently right through the night. On top of this, the room above us had a broken window which was slamming in the wind and causing our room to shake with noise. This was reported and they tried to fix it but it carried on until the wind died down. Then to top it off the fire alarm went off for about 20 seconds at the crack of dawn. I appreciate it's not an expensive hotel, but the first thing you'd expect is to be able to sleep and unfortunately we didn't get that.

Drug taking by other residents cars getting broke into for my sins I had to stay an extra week to be told to leave at 11 o clock as booking wasn't made but they took the money for booking and kicked you out. Rooms are dirty and dated. Staff don't really give a toss about the residents. I reported a car being targeted in car park and security just carried in watching tele and dint care. I would not recommend staying here it it is a half way house for ex cons just got out of prison AVOID.

It’s adequate. Room was clean and spacious. TV had Netflix. Bed comfortable. Hotel was quite. I found the staff friendly. WiFi was fine. It’s a budget hotel offering value for money. If all you want is a bed for the night then this place is fine.

I was put in this hotel for work purposes, and I was very hesitant after reading some of the previous reviews, however I found my room to be clean and comfortable. All I want, when all I am doing is sleeping in the room and watching a little tele between two long days at work.

Avoid. Full of Dingy imigrants. Keep you children away.
