I am a super nervous patient and a super mess in the chair. Went here because my NHS dentist took me off their books. I can honestly say the service here has been second to none. I had a few quite bad experiences meaning I was a very very nervous patient. The dentist was super patient with me and a huge shout out to the hygienist Anna who has been amazing with me. The care and patience I have received here has been amazing and although no one likes going to the dentist this team have made me feel more comfortable about going.

This is a very friendly dental practice, lovely receptionist. I've had my three front teeth crowned and the result is I can smile again my teeth are perfect am so pleased. They look like my natural teeth but perfect. The dentist was lovely explained everything and was very gentle. Great experience and I hate going to the dentist.

I had my first hygienist clean with Anna , what a total perfectionist and lovely person. She gave me great advice that no other hygienist has. This dentist is sure a cut above all the rest. Amazing people amazing work.

I am absolutely petrified of dentist, but had no alternative. I rang two other dentist and found the receptionist were very abrupt. I then rang The Lodge and straight away I was treated with respect and kindness by Katy. I explained how terrified I was of dentist and she said they had very kind and understanding dentist. She was absolutely right. I cannot fault the care and professionalism. Excellent service.

Melisha and the team are totally fantastic. I couldn't wish for a better dentist. They'll look after you and listen to you all your concerns. I used to get nervous but not as bad before I started coming here, which I've been coming to the lodge for years and very affordable too.

I have always been afraid of going to the dentist however when I picked up the courage to go to one I searched for local dentists, The Lodge was the first one to come up and after reading the reviews I had to go visit them! Melisha was the first person to see me, she was so lovely and reassured me with everything. She fixed the teeth that was hurting me, I then visited Anna for my hygiene clean, my teeth did need a lot of work done, she made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process and I can now say I am confident in smiling and I now have the smile I have always wanted. Melisha is a fantastic dentist, thorough and reassuring, making procedures that will never be altogether pleasant perfectly bearable! Definitely the best dentist I've ever had, and I hope she will stay for a very long time as I would struggle to trust another dentist the same way. It's also easy dealing with The Lodge, they are very responsive by phone and email, with a lovely receptionist.

Melisha has been extremely helpful in providing great dental care and treatment. I’ve had quite a lot of work done on my front teeth which has given me so much confidence and gave me the push I needed to lose weight too. I feel like a new person. I’ve had so many compliments about my teeth/smile which is all thanks to Melisha so I always tell everyone who did my work!

I had 6 crowns fitted to front of my upper jaw. My teeth were really poor before but over the course of about 6 weeks my teeth were completely transformed. The result is absolutely perfect, the teeth were colour matched to blend with my other teeth to look natural and don't look fake. After final treatment of 3 appointments there was some sensitivity but after 1 month or so completely disappeared. Zero pain or sensitivity to hot or cold. It's like they are real teeth. I can eat every food I did before now, only had to be careful during the healing process. Fully recommend this practice for treatment cosmetic or routine treatments. Melisha is very good at her job, best dentist I have had in 35 years

As a kid and all the way through my life, i have never had a "healthy" relationship with my teeth, drinking fizzy drinks, eating sweets before bed. I hated going to the dentist, the atmosphere and the reaction from the dentists always put me off from returning. A couple years ago after having my baby boy, i decided i wanted to make a change and finally get my teeth into a health state but didn't want to go back to just any dentist. So, i researched online for best dentists in the area and The lodge dental suite was the first to pop up! The reviews were brilliant and everyone seemed so comfortable with their visits. I decided to take the jump and i spoke with Melisha. Melisha was so polite, knowledgeable and welcoming, i didn't feel like i was being judged for neglecting my teeth. I went in for my first visit and everyone there was the same, welcoming, polite and knowledgeable. This was the first time i had ever went to the dentist and i left happy and actually enjoyed the visit! A year or so down the line, i have had my teeth straightened, the whole process was thoroughly explained and payment options were also available to help make this treatment affordable. Every subsequent visit has been equally pleasant. Melisha was always available whenever i needed advice or help and would see me in person if need be in a very timely manor. I couldn't rate this Dental suite enough. Thank you for everything!

I came to see Melisha for a tooth extraction. I was very nervous as I hadn't seen a dentist in a while. I can honestly say she put me at ease straight away. Everything that was being done to me was explained as Melisha was doing it. I've been to dentists in the past that couldn't really care less if you were scared. It was very different here. The respect, care and service that was given to me was first class from the reception to the dentist chair. I will have no worries coming to see Melisha and her staff in the future. Ms Toyosi done an excellent job cleaning the plaque away from my teeth and was very warm friendly and helpful with advice. Fantastic service the receptionist is also very helpful and friendly really happy

My experience here has been outstanding, from someone who needed injections to have a regular teeth clean to now being not so scared and on my way to brighter, cleaner and straighter smile 😁 very happy with the service and the gentle approach, highly highly recommended 😀

Have been a client for 5 years, going twice a year for a check and a clean. No complaints, but today I was asked to make a deposit by phone to secure my booking. As a longstanding client, this is not okay. There are plenty of other dentists in the area.
