Excellent staff! Really friendly and helpful! They know what they are talking about! Our water was very high in nitrate, these guys helped us all the way, it took around 3 weeks but we got there! I highly recommend these guys, exceptional service! They have a wide range of tropical fish and also have reptiles.

Really welcoming shop, happy to answer any of our questions. They also allowed us to handle/meet Dave the chameleon after we expressed interest in getting one as our next reptile!! Stock was also impressive.

Recently bought my niece a freshwater fish and tank for her 3rd birthday. The range of fish available was incredible and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly in suggesting what fish would be best suited to her and how to care for it properly. I even managed to get her a Frozen tank! Her absolute favourite! Leslie was absolutely over the moon. Couldn’t recommend this store and all the staff enough.

Our kids love all types of animals, so we took them to a few shops to look round. Reef & Reptiles is amazing. They have a great selection of fish (which I like) and it has its own separate reptile room. There is a lady called Jo who looks after the reptiles enclosures and we was amazed as she took the time to explain everything about the reptiles to our kids, really interacting with them. They have a big selection of all types of reptiles and everything you could possibly need to house and keep them. We will definitely be back (possibly for a Chameleon) Well deserved 5 stars

Amazing shop!!! The staff are so attentive and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend as there expertise in fish and reptiles is fantastic. We pop in often and it’s always spotless and the animals are so well cared for (spotted them being fed M&S lettuce, eat better than me). The staff are always very friendly and is very well stocked for all your animal supply’s.

Me and my mum came in last week and were served by a lovely really helpful and friendly guy! Sadly can’t remember his name but will be back soon to buy the fish ! My mum is buying the kids a fish tank and the guy was so patient in all the questions we had even down to which gravel is best ! Will definitely recommend to friends and family and look forward to getting the fish! Pia

Great shop and friendly staff. They ordered in items we needed for the next day without hesitation. Were super informative and helpful when setting up crestie tank. Most of the items from the set up were purchased from them. Definitely recommend :)

cracking store!!! There reptile section is second to none. I have been in on several occasions in the last couple of years and can't believe the size of the new reptile section they have added. They have a very impressive range of dry goods and can compete with any online store for variety and price of products. The reptiles themselves are in pristine condition and you can see they are clearly well care for. Talking to the staff Its clear they have a passion for what they do and is shown in the breeding section I was shown. Unlike other stores I have seen in the area there are not multiple species crammed into a tiny viv, everyone has space. Put simply I will not be shopping anywhere else and can only say how impressed I am with how this store has grown since my last visit. Look forward to coming back !!!

Bought a crested gecko from here and the staff are so friendly and helpful! They made me and the family feel so welcome and made my shopping experience all the more special. Definitely the place to go for any reptile and fish equipment you may need, it’s lovely to see the variety of reptiles and fish they have as well. Can’t wait to pop back in!

I have just been to the Epping Reef and Reptiles store. I have been to many stores and never seen one so clean and where the animals look so well looked after! Louis from the store even took the time to talk me through the different reptiles and what’s needed for each of them. I honestly can’t recommend highly enough! Will definitely be frequenting that store

Fantastic place, really helpful staff. I brought several live stock for my marine tank today. As a new beginner to this hobby, the advice received was second to none!!! Travelled from Southend to visit the shop. Will be visiting again soon. Highly recommend for great customer service!!!

Very friendly staff, now undertake doggie grooming too. Great pet shop, lizards, fish fresh, tropical and saltwater. Our small doggie had a full groom treatment.
