didn’t
get
to
stay
here,
I
tried
to
book
a
room
and
my
card
was
declined
so
I
was
sent
a
message
saying
a
room
could
not
be
reserved
for
me,
I
took
this
to
mean
I
didn’t
have
a
booking
but
it
turns
out
they
will
just
attempt
to
recharge
your
card
at
a
later
date,
by
which
time
another
room
somewhere
else
had
been
booked
by
my
partner
as
I
didn’t
have
enough
money
to
book
one
and
as
we
had
a
funeral
the
next
day
we
needed
a
booking
confirmed
when
I
explain
the
predicament
to
the
employee
that
text
me
to
confirm
they
had
then
removed
money
from
my
account
despite
me
not
knowing
it
was
confirmed
I
had
also
said
I
wanted
to
pay
at
the
hotel,
the
employee
was
disgracefully
rude.
After
arguing
with
me
for
ages
they
said
they
would
speak
to
senior
management
which
they
didn’t
and
ignored
my
later
message,
I
requested
a
cancellation
on
booking.com
and
that
too
was
ignored.
They
basically
took
£75
and
I
didn’t
stay
there.
I
am
actually
disgusted
with
this
as
I
expressed
that
I
had
not
realised
they
had
confirmed
the
booking
and
they
did
not
inform
me
prior
to
attempting
to
take
payment
for
a
second
time.
This
was
a
genuine
mistake
and
completely
made
the
funeral
day
100
times
worse
because
I
had
to
sell
some
personal
property
to
make
back
the
money
they
took
from
me
without
my
permission.
