I
could
write
the
whole
sorry
saga
of
what
went
on
today
at
the
practice
subsequent
to
my
appointment
yesterday,
however
the
attitude
is
perfectly
summed
up
by
the
dentist
who
i
believe
was
the
practice
principal
Dr
Shahab
Mirjafari
when
he
said
to
me
'YOUR
DECAY
IS
NOT
OUR
PROBLEM'
THIS
IS
IN
RESPONSE
TO
THE
COMMENTS
MADE
BY
OWNER.
His
assertion
that
i
was
rude
and
aggressive
is
completely
untrue
and
his
implying
that
i
used
bad
language
or
shouted
is
a
falsehood.
I
had
rung
the
surgery
first
thing
today
as
i
could
feel
the
tooth
which
was
filled
yesterday
(23/8/23)
had
the
beginnings
of
an
infection
and
wanted
antibiotics.
I
was
told
by
the
receptionist
that
i
would
be
called
back.
They
did
not
call
back.
I
attended
the
surgery
at
12:55.
I
was
told
that
the
NHS
dentist
was
not
there
today
so
i
would
have
come
back
tomorrow,
by
which
point
the
infection
would
have
worsened.
I
was
then
told
i
could
see
someone
today
but
would
have
to
pay
to
see
them.
I
said
this
was
not
acceptable
and
asked
to
see
the
principal
of
the
business.
First
i
was
told
he
was
off
today,
then
i
was
told
he
was
at
lunch.
He
was
actually
downstairs
all
the
time.
I
politely
challenged
the
receptionist
about
why
she
had
lied
to
me
and
said
i
would
wait
to
see
the
principal.
Shortly
after
this
the
principal
came
upstairs
and
told
me
i
had
made
his
receptionist
cry
and
if
i
didn't
leave
he
would
call
the
police.
I
invited
him
to
do
so
as
this
would
form
part
of
my
complaint
regarding
their
complete
lack
of
care
for
their
patients
and
is
still
summed
up
by
his
comment
YOUR
DECAY
IS
NOT
OUR
PROBLEM'
