Extremely disappointed and concerned by the response from staff to a serious injury today. One of our group dislocated their knee and damaged a tendon during a football game. The injury was serious enough to require an ambulance to attend and receive treatment in hospital. 

The staff response to this was utterly non-existent. When made aware, staff left the patient on the floor with nothing to prop him up, leaving our group to physically hold him up for over an hour while we waited for an ambulance. No basic assistance like painkillers, water, first aid, shielding from the wind, or other care was offered. We weren’t even given the courtesy of a member of staff waiting with us for the paramedics to arrive. At some stage, a member of staff turned up cheerily, dropped off a defibrillator near the patient, warned us not to lose it because it’s worth a grand and vanished about 30 seconds later. When paramedics did arrive, our group was again left with NO support while the patient was given morphine, lifted into a chair and taken to the ambulance. They offered no further checks or assistance getting him down in the lift or into the ambulance. One floor down from us there was a children’s party taking place. Presumably the parents trusted that there would be adequate first aid on hand if it was needed, given the relatively likelihood of injuries. This doesn’t seem to be the case, which is seriously concerning for a venue as busy venue as this.

I booked my son's 9th birthday at Powerleague Nine Elms, a bit apprehensive as no-one had heard of them before and I just Googled football parties locally. There was absolutely nothing to be worried about. The children had arrived and already playing in pitch1, a very good size pitch. It's covered but has a lovely out door feel as there's netting instead of windows. We had AJ our coach for the party, so much enthusiasm, he got involved as I had one child down. Played fair giving all the children an opportunity to have the ball. The bonus was he remembered their names or what I heard him calling! Very impressive. We also had the reception area where the food table was set up, 2 slices of pizza each child, vanilla ice cream with a Twirl bar and water, more than enough for the kids. You also have the option of bringing more to give, I just did crisps. Great location, fantastic for parties and I didn't have to do anything! Will definitely be booking a pitch for playdates. A very happy customer 😀

Fantastic venue. Great pitches. Artificial grass surface. Great to play on with both covered and uncovered pitches. Available for children's parties, one off and block bookings. We booked our son's party. Since then it's been booked by nearly all of his friends for their parties. Definitely recommend!

We had a Hen do here with extreme events and dare I say it was a very competitive day! The coaches were amazing and they were sure to check up in the golden oldies of our group to ensure they felt safe to continue.

Tha staff and facilities here are really good. Went here for a company party and it was pretty good. Pastries in the morning before the football games began and the refs were all really good and keeping the games fun. The roof top is very nice hut there is inside area as well in case the weather is too hot or too cold.

Friendly team for allowing us to film a TV show segment for Channel 5! Easy parking outside and good access to lunch & toilet facilities for the film crew

What an amazing party my son had he's 11th birthday with them so much fun the host Frank did a great job all the kids that attended want there birthdays there now and didn't want to leave 😀 Thanks powerleague battersea x

Decent pitches, clean changing facilities and easy access. Lockers are available in the changing rooms for £1 returned coin but most people just put bags behind the nets. There is a bar and lots of water jugs to hydrate after a game. Balls are provided and pretty good quality.
