Took my dad to buy a new battery for his car. Staff member Peter explained we may not need a new battery and can do a check for free to see if it just needs charging. Then Nathan offered to do the check for him. Both staff surprised me at how sincere they were. Not trying to get us to spend money we didn’t need to. And actually seemed keen to help us they were kind and patient with Dad. After the checks Nathan explained the results And we didn’t need a new battery just needed charging so saved us money. From walking in to ask about having a sat nav/radio fitted into the VW T5, Nathan was efficient, business like and knew his job. It is good to see and I would go back to the shop because of his work ethic. Adam was also very kind, very helpful and explained the way the new SAT NAV Kenwood machine worked.

Awful service. I've already complained but I've heard nothing back. Craig tried to fix my radio that was still working 90% of the time, and after he fiddled with it, it now doesn't work at all! When I questioned him about it, he just didn't care, and told me to 'Talk to Sony' this is unacceptable! My radio cost a lot of money, and he's broken it! What are you going to do about it? I'm so disappointed as you usually give a cracking service!
